Q: When using th rib-o-lator with my 22 1/2" weber charcol grill, can i use/put on the lid?

Yes, but everything is close and has to be put on exactly spaced, testing the rotation with empty racks is a must. The food also has to be distributed evenly on the racks, or it will spill. Follow these suggestions, and all will go smoothly.

Q: Does this fit the weber spirit e-320 ?

Well Steve, I'm not familiar with the e-320 so my answer is I don't know. I can tell you that the baskets are 17" in length. You will need around 2" on either end to accommodate the arms that hold the baskets in place. I can tell you that it works great on my grill and you can scrape them off and put them in the dishwasher. It works great, no problems and no, I don't sell them.

The adjustable model becomes longer but when collapsed its about the same. So to put it in perspective the two variables are spit rod size and overall lenght of usable cooking space to rotate in.
