The all-new ITS Slimline Pouch is perfect for storing pocket-sized items like our EDC Trauma Kit, compasses, cell phones and other electronics. Additionally, with our patent-pending 4-Way Mounting System, the ITS Slimline can be mounted to virtually any piece of gear. The fold-over cover of this GP (General Purpose) pouch features a webbing pull tab, a 1.5” square section of loop material for affixing hook backed patches and the ability to adjust for items of varying height. Durable elastic is also used for the pouch body to ensure items stay retained inside, no matter how the pouch is mounted. The patent-pending 4-Way Mounting System means the ITS Slimline Pouch can be mounted vertically or horizontally on a belt, vertically through MOLLE webbing and onto backpack straps or other wide items using the attached VELCRO Brand ONE-WRAP straps.

Exactly what I was expecting. Holds a small notepad, a pen, a pen light, a screwdriver pen, a pair of nitrile gloves, and a compact rescue breathing shield.FWIW the little skull patch can be replaced with any hook-and-loop patch of similar size.

1 design flaw - bottom sewn together
Like how it's made in America but the design could be better.1. Towards the bottom it's sewn together leaving less room. Would've been better if it was fully squared off.2. Like the various ways you can attach it to your gear.3. Size is what I was looking for basic trauma kit.

Great slim blowout kit
I’ve paired this pouch with Beacon chest seals, a flat compression bandage, wound pack, a nasopharyngeal, a chest decompression needle and a pair of nitrile gloves for a small, flat blowout kit. Of course have to carry a tourniquet in a separate carrier, but not a big deal for me. I like the lower profile of this versus carrying a large IFAK.

Great pouch. Made very well and works perfect for my use on my second line.

Little pouch with lots of options
Love this little pouch! Multiple mounting options really highlights the value of this item. I use it to keep my first aid kit in. I can keep it mounted on my pack or I can throw it on my belt I'm not carrying the pack. Construction is top notch. ITS never let's me down.
