Slip and slide
This case very easily slips and slides out of my hand and causes my screen to Crack. I recommend and advise that you investigate other cases.

Last otter box lasted over 5 years of hard work and wear. It hung tough but finally wore down.
it is tough and durable, I have dropped my Droid countless times and she is stiill running fine thanks to my Otternbox shock absorbing rubber inner and hard plastic outer. The soft rubber inner finally started to fail after all these years but I am very satisfied as a consumer so I quickly bought another to protect my phone.$16.50 aint nothin when it comes to keeping communication going in this world today.

Needs to be designed better
Trying to hit the volume buttons with this thing on is hard. Other than that, this case is fine, it's built well. My phone has fell plenty of times with this case on and nothing has broken.OtterBox needs to make a revision though and re-design the part around the volume control buttons. It's way too uncomfortable for your fingers.

Totally Love Otterbox Cases
Bought this case for my mother's Cell phone. If you put any money into your phone, the Otterbox case is a must. Really love it and it's saved my personal phone a number of times. Worth every penny.

Lives up to the Otterbox name/reputation
This case is great. It's very rigid...I'm sure that it'll likely outlive the phone that it's protecting. The only thing that I'd change is, I'd create/drill an additional hole for the flashlight to shine through; it's blocked by the case when it's on the phone. Just something for the manufacturers to consider when making cases for newer phones.
