Great quality
Well packaged. Great price. Easy to assemble. Easy instructions. Very easy to take lid on and off unlike some processors. Wide feeding tube too which I like. Metal discs which i like easy to interchange. Quieter than some processors too. Nice sturdy base. Good quality product.

A real asset in the kitchen!
This is a really heavy duty processor. It is in fact very heavy to move about but does a great job. Takes a bit of time to get used to having only 3 controls but the pulse button is the best for controlled mixing. Otherwise it is fully on, or off. I make lots of hummus for my veggie relatives, plus pates and the usual baking doughs, batters and pastries and this machine is a real asset in my kitchen for all of these purposes. I thought the price was very reasonable too, the same as a Bosch one which stopped working after 5 months. I am writing this review after having it for 2 months, and will update it after a year.

Great size and seems to work well
I got this to replace a Kenwood compact food processor that I never got on with. I found that when trying to process food in to a well combined mixture it would just stick to the bottom / sides and the blade would spin pointlessly and I would have to constantly scrape the food. I was so relieved that the Swan food processor does not have this issue. I have only used it twice with the main blade, but it works a treat. I had to scrape a small amount down with the spatula a couple of times just to make sure everything was mixed well, but that only took a couple of seconds. I am really pleased with it.I love that the extra blades all come in a storage box, my only criticism of this is that the box lid doesn't clip on, it is loose, so could come off if you're not careful.A word of warning, the blades / cutting discs are the sharpest I have ever known. When cleaning the main blade prior to its first use it cut my sponge to shreds, and when I was inspecting the cutting discs I accidentally cut myself on one of them so please be careful if you buy this yourself!I have only given it 4 stars due to the box lid and also the fact that I feel the processor does look a little cheap. I'm not keen on the chrome which looks like it could flake off over time. Also the plastic that the bowl is made from feels cheap and I am concerned in case I drop it as it feels like it could easily crack. It would also be nice if there were variable speed settings rather than just off, on, or pulse.Overall I am really pleased with the food processor though as it does the job I need it to.

Love my new processor
Brought this as my old kenwood which isn’t broken but just too bulky is out dated. I used my new machine for the first time yesterday to grate cheese omg so fast and quiet. Like the fact it has two bowls and also love the fact that it has a box for all the utensils that go with it I can now find each tool. Like the fact that I can hide away the plug also. It’s neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

Swan food processor
Worked well for a few months, and then the spin slowed right down making it useless. Getting in touch with Swan to see if it can be fixed

Very heavy
I like that this is easy to assemble and use and the storage box is very useful. It is also very quiet. However it is extremely heavy to lift out of cupboard each time I want to use it, so much so that I have now cleared a space on my worktop so I can leave it out.

Very quiet and powerful, keto necessity
Arrived today and couldn’t wait to get started. Effortlessly ground almonds, grated cheese and prepared fathead pizza dough. Easy to use and very quiet. I really love the box for the accessories, no nasty cuts from storing in drawers. The second smaller bowl is useful too.

Poor quality
Looks nice. However it is not overly powerful. The inability to adjust speed means that the sliding blade makes a mess of vegetables. I grated a hard cheese with the grating blade and the lid broke, and the motor ( I assume) gave up. It no longer works. I expect any processor to cope with parmesan! So 6 months after purchase I have a broken machine.
