Product was not reset when received. Did full factory reset to clear out the username and password and the unit wifi cut off with errors. I returned the unit and received a full refund.

This works specifically with Time Warner Cable service. It works really well and sure beats paying TWC an extra 10 bucks a month.

Its larger than I'd like, but gives me the 200mb speeds that I'm paying for with little issue. I live in a 1,500 sq ft house (single story) and the signal gets down to 2 bars towards the furthest bedroom. But I'm happy.

The label was torn on the Encryption and Network key (Password) - the second and third characters were missing. I had another Technicolor cable modem around, and tried parts of that Network key. It worked for a bit, then failed so I returned it.How could this vendor let a device go out with the access credentials torn off?

If you like resetting your cable modem every five minutes (or less) to maintain connectivity then this is the modem for you. If not, then go elsewhere. I tried two of these before giving up. Even put them in the coolest part of the house and tried spacing them well apart from other heat sources (i.e. VOIP box) to no avail. Don’t buy this piece of junk. Range was good for the first day, but after two days of use it constantly overheats and must be cooled and then reset to get any internet. Company uses faulty internal electrical components.

Fast shipping, as described. Could not get modem to connect with TimeWarner.

I was tired of paying the modem fee for my internet and this was a perfect buy.I love that it has built in wifiit was easy to set up with the password info on the bottom.I was able to call Timewarrner and give them the required infoI was online in minutes.This product was a personal purchase for myself at the normal retail price. Well, it was missing the bottom cover, but that doesn't affect the way it works. Not going to nik pik.Does what it is supposed to do.Overall, no problems with the unit. It works like it should.Oh, it came earlier than expected, that was nice.
