Now it's staying pretty close to normal
I've tried different blood pressure meds and got sick of all the side effects. I've taken this stuff for about 3 to four months now and between this and walking my blood pressure has stayed in Chk. Before this it was running about 150 over 110. Now it's staying pretty close to normal. May not be for everyone, but has worked for me.
