Perfect for what I needed
So I work as a letter carrier for USPS and we carry a scanner with us all day every day. The holster they give us kept falling off my belt when I would run up and down stairs at an apartment complex I deliver to so I got this to hold my scanner. Perfect solution. It has held up for about 6 months now and I use it everyday. I’ll never got back to the old holster. It’s practical and has plenty of space for pens, rubber bands, pink slips too… plus I feel like Laura Croft while wearing it.

Great con bag!
This bag is fantastic! Used it as a convention bag so I didn't have to deal with a purse. Held a nice amount of stuff. Fit well even on a plus size body (US women's size 20, approx, though may not have gone much bigger), and stayed in place/ didn't move or swing. Loved all the different pockets!

Good
Great product, just wish it was better made. They wear out in a few months with daily use.

Great for barn work
Functional pockets that let me organize and keep clean certain items while working in a dirty environment... folding knife, keys, phone, hand towel and gloves all separated and easy to access.

An OK bag but not generic enough
An OK bag for the price but has features that may not meet your needs. The rear pocket is 9” deep but only 4” wide. A normal size hand can’t fit into the pocket to grab anything that is more than halfway down. The belt, light weight cotton, at max will fit a 36” waist, not including any clothing that it has to go over. Then there is the goofy main pouch zipper-closure? Not sure why the zipper has a 3” tail and does not close. The whole pouch opening. There are 2 small pockets that can be good for something little. If you have tiny hands and waist this bag may work for you. For as a metal detecting find bag, it does not meet my needs.

Great for warehouse work, home repair, and hiking
I originally got this because I got tired of stuffing everything into my work vest. The weight of the items made the vest a nuisance to wear while working, and the Velcro pockets on the vest had a tendency to open on their own and items would fall out. I wanted something that wouldn't hang or dangle or get snagged as I worked. Even though I believe this bag is mostly intended for bikers on the road, I found this extremely useful as a work storage item. I can hold my phone, keys, portable charger, a pen, a marker, and even a couple of snacks very easily. I was very pleased that the straps DO NOT slowly get pulled apart over time like so many similar items do. It will stay as tight or loose as you want. The upper strap/belt is a comparable size to a utility belt, and depending how many items you attach to your utility belt, this pouch easily allows you to attach those items just like you would a utility belst. The upper strap is perhaps just a smidge smaller than a utility belt and fits through most regular pant belt loops. I am very pleased of how sturdy this pouch is, because I honestly didn't expect it to put up with the regular wear and tear of my job. But this thing doesn't look a bit different than when I first bought it. It is fairly large, perhaps an inch bigger all around than a DVD or video game case and about three times as deep when fully utilized. The only thing I noticed in the way of wear and tear was a single thread that came off from somewhere, but I have been unable to find where it used to be. I think this was just a stray thread that got snagged on the inside of the pouch from my safety knife or perhaps my keys. In terms of functionality, this thing is outstanding. My only criticism is that the pouch itself tends to gradually migrate to groin in what I assume must be an attempt to alude to Adam and Eve in an unconventional manner. Perhaps I wear the upper strap too loosely. It shifts less if I loop it through the pant belt loops, but it still shifts over time. There may be a way to secure the placement of the pouch, but I think just about any pouch will have nomadic tendencies so long as it's attached to a body in motion. So, this is a very practical item for storage, the zippered pockets and the button flap stay closed without issue. I rarely even have to zipper up the pockets because that front flap stays down very well. The zippers don't gradually slide open, and I've never had anything fall out of it. Nothing. Not even when I get up and sit down multiple times, or jog with it, or run with it. Can easily hold most hand tools and is really useful when continually switching between a small number of tools repeatedly. Looks-wise, I have no idea if actual bikers would appreciate it but it has a kind of rustic, woodland wilderness toughness about it and is reminiscent of some military gear. Due to it's size, it's not easily concealed, so if you are looking for something to maybe just hold some keys, your phone, and your cognitive enhancing limitless pills, you may want to look elsewhere.
