Spigen Tough Armor Back Cover Case for Samsung Galaxy S7 (TPU + Poly Carbonate | Gunmetal)

This is a great case that looks very nice on the phone. Product has a premium feel to it and the quality is very good. It has a solid feel and protects the phone pretty well. The case is not slippery and is easy to hold. It does make the phone slightly larger, but guess thats a decision the purchaser has to make.Its not very easy to remove though once inserted, and does take a bit of effort. The buttons on the case (volume, power etc..) are all very well placed and easy to use. They work well and I had no issues operating the device. The USB, head phone jack etc.. are also well placed and I never had any issues using it. The phone does cover the Sim card / Memory slot though and its not something that can be removed with the case. I guess thats part of the protection.

Perfect fit all buttons work perfectly. In covid times I sanitize this cover using an alcohol based sanitizer the cover is still good and perfect condition. Did not decolorize or show any degradation. Must buy for any one who is looking for a quality product. Good protection if mobile falls.

Best suited for Galaxy S7 onyx black colour. I have Silver Titanium colour phone. This cover hides the elegant look of the phone.Pros- Well made.- Looks good.- Fits well.- All round protection.- Raised bezel in front.- Buttons look cool- The plastic and rubber quality is excellent.Cons- Bulky (but thats why it protects well)- Pricey (but it is protecting an expensive phone)- Not very elegant. Its a rugged case.- Difficult to fit in tight jeans pockets.- The back is tough plastic but can be scratched.

Good Quality

Spigen, as always, is my go-to mobile phone case for expensive mobiles. I am using Spigen cases right from my Samsung S3 days. My phones brands changed over time but Spigen always remained my favorite. This case provides good protection; better than NEO modal though it's slightly heavier than the NEO (I am using both NEO as well as Tough Armor for my 2 phones). Unlike Otterbox, Spigen is a good mix of functionality and look. If you are not so careful and tend to drop your phone, go with Tough Armor; otherwise NEO would be a better choice.

I never got this type of back cover. Quality is excellant. Color is excellant. Grip is excellant. Only drawback is other companies screen guard give problem. U have to buy screen guard from Spigen. It will perfect fit.Overall excellant product. I will purchase another copy for backup in case its not available in the future.

Use Spigen con todo mi S7 y ahora de nuevo con mi S9, es la marca que tiene los mejores cases que ofrecen protección sin ser demasiado brumosos o anchos, el celular se me cayo varias veces estando de pie y no sufrió ni un rasguño. Para mi mejores que otras marcas mas caras y con mayor variedad.

This is a great case. I have had several for this phone and this is one of my favorites. As you can see in the photos, the cover did chip a bit from regular wear and tear in a few weeks, but other than that it is very protective and looks great. This phone has been dropped a few times and 2 small marks means the case is doing its job.The buttons work well and I have had no issues touching the screen or using any of the side buttons on my phone.It does not come with a screen protector but I have one I bought separately that is of superior quality.Don't hesitate to buy this case for a great look and amazing protection.

Premier point important : beaucoups de commentaires parle de l'impossibilité d'avoir un verre trempé avec cette coque , j'ai acheter les premiers présentés par Amazon , aucun soucis pour moi à ce niveau.La coque est robuste mais très esthétique , certes plus difficile à enfiler que certaines mais protège largement mieu que les autres!Tout est bien penser , et par rapport au boutons volume et déverrouiller , ils sont légèrement plus difficile à actionnés mais on s'y fait très vite !Au top !

Overall this is a great surface case for the Galaxy S7. Very well made and sleek design which does not look cheap like some cases do. I used a Spigen tough armor case for my Galaxy S5 and used that phone for almost 3 years with Spigen case and it held up well and I was very happy with it. The case for the S7 looks just as well made and should hold up as well. The case is two parts, one rubbery part and one hard part that fits over a portion of the rubbery part on the back. The case is easy to install (I would remove the hard portion of the case before installing it so you can make sure the case fits well over the buttons. The case feels rubbery where it feels like you can maintain a good grip on the phone with out it slipping out of your hand. Some people reported the case was too slick like holding a bar of soap. Curious as I have the exact opposite to view. The case does come in two other colors and I guess it is possible the gold and grey tone cases are slicker but I don't know this as I purchased the solid black version. The case allows easy access to the charging port on bottom and has precisely made holes for the mic and other openings on the edge of the phone. The opening on back of the phone allows you to use the camera and flash without obstruction and allows easy access to the heart rate sensor. The only negative I have found thus far is the audio jack opening on bottom of the phone near the opening for the USB charger connection may interfere with some larger stereo mini plugs. Most stereo mini plugs will fit without a problem however. Also the openings for the USB port and stereo mini jack don't have flaps over them. Some people mentioned this but for me that extra flap would be annoying to have to open every time I charged the phone. Screen protectors: The case does stretch over the screen about 1mm all the way around so a screen protector that goes edge to edge will not work with this case. Finding a good screen protector for the S7 (and S8) is entirely another issue as it is very hard to find a screen protector for this phone that works well due to the fact the screen is not flat and tapers off towards the edges. I have tried 3 different ones thus far and they were all terrible. Glass screen protectors are pretty much out for this phone as the screen is not flat. I am currently trying a screen protector made by Armorsuit. It is case friendly and fits well as it does not go completely to the edges of the screen, it is allows for a 1.5mm space around the screen left uncovered by the protector. I will rate that protector separately. As far as protection is concerned; I am someone who is usually very careful with their phone and try not to drop it. I did drop my Galaxy S5 phone a couple of times on my driveway while it had the version of this Spigen case for that model installed and it completely protected the phone from getting damaged. The only damage was a couple of scuffs on the case. I know any case will not prevent all possible damage, I don't see this case protecting the phone if you drive over it with a car or if someone throws it forcefully onto the street, but it will protect most common mishaps.

Easy to fit, provides great protection, not obtrusive where USB and headphone jacks are like other cases, matches up perfectly with side buttons on the S7 and just plain looks awesome.There are a whole sea of other cases out there for about the same price point that are cheap looking and don't really provide great protection - I've always found it so difficult to find a case that is actually quality and does the job. Spigen do that. Would not recommend anything else.
