This is a great ATO
I have multiple tanks and multiple ATOs. I've had this one for about a year and and really think its a great value. It works as described and has multiple safety features to avoid overfilling. The only change I'd make is the overfill alarm has no way to temporarily silence. This is an issue form because I use it in a small all in one tank with this is one of the chambers in the back. When I turn off the pump for feeding the back chamber temporarily over fills and the alarm goes off until the feeding is over. It would be great if this has some sort of feed mode to disable it for 10 minutes or so. Otherwise, a greta product.

Great while it lasted
Like others have mentioned, this is a great unit that seems to have a lifespan of 4-6 months. Mine died after 6 months of flawless operation. No warning...sensor went...luckily I was home and caught it.UPDATE: I did contact the company, their customer service is excellent...they immediately sent out another controller and sensor unit.

So far so good
Just installed it yesterday, was a breeze. My only complaint is the "universal" bracket for the water line, it says for rim/rimless tanks, and it didn't fit the bezel around mine. Luckily I was able to put it in one of the dividers in my sump. All in all though, seems like a good product. I chose to spend more versus a cheaper alternative in the fear of the dreaded flood problem some people have talked about. With the 4 sensors though, i'm hoping that won't happen for me.

Doesn't last
I've purchased 2 of these now and they both failed after about 4 months.

Precise sensors, strong pump.
So far so good. I have been using the sensors (in the housing) and the pump for about two days now. The sensors are very precise in their level control and the pump is strong enough for any ATO tank placed close to a sump.

Highly upset
4 months down the line and this product has failed. Very disappointed because it wasn’t cheap and also what failed was a sensor. I’ve checked and there’s no water in the housing, I’ve cleaned the sensors but still get the Orange light with the beeps. I hope that the company could exchange it because it hasn’t even been a year.

Great ATO when new, but failed at the worst time.
Worked great out of the box, and easy too install. My reef tanks has been very stable since adding the atoUpdate 08/26/2020 the unit has failed in the summer heat. Unfortunately it failed when I wasn’t home causing my water to evaporate and hurt my corals.
