The media could not be loaded.  OVERVIEW: Tidy and cleaner sink and hand washing areas is always a job full of efforts. But I just bought a Sensor Soap Dispenser that is so beautifully designed that it looks elegant & classy on wash-basin or sink. Looks Sturdy packaging box. Bubble wrapped dispenser to avoid scratches or breaks. Base of dispenser is separately packed in plastic wrapper to avoid scratches. Safe approach.ON UNBOXING, WHAT'S INSIDE THE BOX: The dispenser with all its parts, a warranty card with 'scratch and win' strip on its back side, comprehensive user manual/user guide.ASSEMBLY OF THE PRODUCT: For me it was easy. The assembly is simple as 1,2,3---go... Open the battery cover on base of dispenser, put 4 AAA batteries (rechargeable or not, doesn't matter), close the battery cover and press until you hear the click indicating it is securely in place, then close the base cover of the dispenser that is inside the box. Now twist open the top soap cover and pour your favorite soap inside the dispenser, fill it up and close the soap cover by keeping in place and rotating clockwise. Now you are good to go.NOTE: You can use this dispenser either for your favorite liquid soap or a hand sanitizer. It would work perfectly for both. You can dilute the hand soap or use it as a concentrate, as you feel better. Dispenser doesn't mind working in any way.MATERIAL: Top and bottom parts made of good quality shiny plastic, middle part-the cylindrical body, major portion of dispenser looks like made of metal (rust-free hopefully).... If it lasts longer as I am expecting with all the benefits of touchless hand washing, this would prove to be a good decision to shift from manual to automatic dispenser, I think . Sitting on the side of my sink, it doesn't look cheap product to me. It is shiny and glows on your sink, matches with the shiny faucets of my sink. This one, or I think any of the automatic dispensers are made for places to look tidy and more fun to wash hands. I think I would buy another for my kitchen sink too."cleaner hands guarantees good health", that's why it is necessary to spend wisely while buying sensor operated dispenser for your kitchen & restrooms. Hand sanitization is necessary in between the hand washings to kill germs harmful to your health. Kids get less diseases if they keep their hands clean.FINAL IMPRESSION: Recommended.PROBLEM specific to my product is, It's base has a little glue (on a wire) that makes the base cover a bit difficult to close. But if you push a little, it gets ok.

The motion sensor is useless. I thought mine was broken, but then it finally spit out some soap. I waved, placed, moved my hand under the spout in every conceivable way and no soap. But the moment you think it doesn't work and you go to move it or wipe it off...here comes enough soap to wash an elephant. I wasted so much soap trying to get this thing to work. If it won't dispense soap when I need it to do so, I'm better off with a traditional pump bottle.Other problems with the design include the following:-Soap dries around the cap at which point it can only be removed by prying it open with a butter knife.-The LED flashes red when it's working properly, and green when the battery is low. This is counterintuitive. A normal person would expect something like a steady green light to indicate that it is working properly and the battery power is sufficient. A red flashing light should indicate a problem.-It's difficult to know if the volume is set to 1,2, or 3. There is no indicator light to show the volume setting and only one button which is also the power button.-It dispenses too much soap! Even on the 1st setting, it's more than enough soap.

We have purchased many things from Amazon over the years, but this has got to be one of our favorite and most used items. I got this for my OCD wife for her birthday a couple of years ago. I don't think she has loved a gift more. This is guy our kitchen sink and allows for quick, no-touch access to soap for hand washing. The second we get home from any where, we line up at the sink and wash up. We probably have used this at least 10 times a day, every day for the last 2-3 years. Still works great and we love it.

I have bought several soap dispensers over this years, and the Tropro has been the best one I have used. It is waterproof so that water does not get into the battery compartment; other dispensers I have used let water into the battery compartment and failed. There is a bit of a lag between when you pass your hand over the motion detector and when the soap comes out, but this only occurs after it has not been used for several hours. The unit does not work if in direct sunlight, as noted in the product manual. This is my third dispenser; previous units lasted about a year to year and a half, which is much better than the 2-4 months other soap dispenser brands lasted that I have used.

So I bought my first Tropro soap dispenser back in January 2020. It was sleek and did its job. But then I found myself changing the batteries too often. Sometime in July it stopped working and I thought I had lost my money. But I decided to reach out to Tropro and was super pleased to see they responded the same night!! I explained what happened and within a week or so I received their new and improved model. Free of charge, no questions asked! On the photo the new one is on the left. It looks even sleeker, easy to use, has a soap level indicator, has a light that blinks continuously so you know if it changes colors it’s time for a battery change. Of course, that hasn’t happened yet. I’m most impressed by how quickly they listened to my request and resolved the problem. Very unexpected Incredible customer service in this environment. If you have an issue with your product, reach out and they’ll make it right!!

This is a great product! fraction of the cost of the Umbra and works great and looks amazing in the kitchen, no more needing to touch the soap dispenser, this is also a great gift! looks sleek and nice in the kitchen.

Dispenser arrived quickly and well packaged . Really nice looking dispenser. The instructions are easy to follow and I really like that you can set the amount of soap it dispenses . Also with the soap window being on the front it is easy to see how much soap is left without having to turn the dispenser round and leave finger prints on it . I would definitely recommend this product .
