I really rate these! I have been able to regulate my monthly’s and conceive Alhamdulillah! Hoping this little bean sticks! I also recommend these to my mum who was suffering from menopausal symptoms and severe hairloss. It worked! She’s so much calmer and her hairloss has stopped. If you have a hormonal imbalance, these are very effective. I break up the dosage by taking one in the morning and one in the evening. This has been better for me. Hoping this review gives at least one person hope! Xx

i bought this to releave meno pause symptoms, but i still get hot flashes..maybe a bit less..the product is ok though, but i will not order again because the shipping was 4 tmes the amount of the product itself ..
