Does it have an expiration date?

Yes. At the bottom of the box. Mine says 04/02/2022. I hope that helps. 😊😊

Does this tea work better than Smooth Move Tea?

I don’t know how the smooth move tea works because I have never tried it. The 3 ballerina tea works, but causes cramps sometimes, and depending on the person if one bag at a time doesn’t work you use two at a time. But for the most part one bag is enough, but let it steep long enough.

Would have been nice to get the tea i requested dieters tea not herbal tea and whats so funny no returns can u send me the correct tea???

Did you try the dieters Tea? It might work just as well
