I actually bought this for a trip because it has dual voltage. Now I use it at home, every day. I used to let my hair dry naturally to avoid frizz. With this ion hairdryer, there is no frizz! Now I dry my hair every day — I Highly recommend!

I really like this blow dryer. That being said, there are a couple of things that would make it perfect. First, I wish it got a little hotter. I think it only goes to 180 degrees. Second, it has a high and a low setting. The high setting blows really hard which is great. The low setting blows hard too. I like to use the lower setting while styling my hair. This setting blows a little too hard for that. It would be nice to have another setting that is lower. I really like that it is dual voltage so I am keeping it to travel with.

I do not recommend this hairdryer. It was a bit pricey and so I expected better. I’ve only had it for a few months, and the nozzle attachment has broken apart multiple times and has begun to melt around the edges. The nozzle is supposed to stay attached by a very specific size and shaped magnet, but there is barely enough magnetic grab to hold it on. It has repeatedly fallen off and broken into pieces since the very start of using it. After repeatedly trying to glue it together (which I should not have to do!) the nozzle attachment no longer stays attached, therefore making the hair dryer useless to me, as I always use the nozzle to direct the air. I have reached out three times over the past two months to their customer service via email with absolutely no response. Edited -I also emailed an alternate address provided on a card in the hair dryer box, no response. Lastly, I called a provided customer service phone #, which would not connect. For this reason alone, NONEXISTENT customer support, I would not recommend purchasing from this supplier.

Love this product!! I even told 2 of my friends to buy it and they did. The cold setting is so nice, especially at my age when blow drying your hair can make you really hot. It cools me right down. Used it all over Italy with the adapter and it was perfect. It is so light to hold and pack. Dries hair quickly and smoothly.
