It is nothing worth,while taking this you will feel something you are gaining but it is so much little,and this you will loose after stop drinkingIt has more sideaffects when we continue for a longer period,I personally does not feel any side affects but I am sure this product is not natural and it contains added sugars and I googled it.the side affects are more than that I expectedFinally I suggested,the weight u gain is less unless workouts and u lost quickly to start position after stopping drinking

As whole its quite effective. But needed to continue. Price over here is quite lower than normal market or shopping mall. Got it at Rs 868.30 in 2 month subscription. Good one and it will be enough to boost up your morning. Not a wait gainer but also its a energy provider. You need to continue for many days
