Lovely addition to a risotto
So, not a huge mushroom lover but wanted to try my hand at a mushroom risotto. These added much flavour after soaking for about 20 mins. Added texture and felt like I was eating goodness. Would buy again. A little goes a long way. I would say there is enough in the container for 3 to 4 meals. Depending on how much you use. I mixed with fresh mushrooms to bulk up my risotto. Also used the soaking liquid as stock. Yum

Useful pantry item.
I keep these in my pantry to use when I can't get to a shop.I like the variety I get, and they add well to meals where you'd use fresh mushrooms.I especially like adding them to chicken casserole, or to add extra flavour to certain soups.

Good selection
It's a good mixture of mushrooms would consider ordering again. Hydrates in warm water and cooks well with a bit of oil and garlic.

Good mushrooms tasted lovely not big amount of mushrooms only made two meals out of them

Great standby product
Excellent product. Good standby to keep in your store cupboard . Good selection of wild mushrooms easy to store and use.
