Anyone have experience as to whether this or the 750mg pills without the extras work better?

I was using the 750mg form and found myself stimulated by the product. Not a racing mind or manic, I just felt like I had a cup of black tea or something similar. I went with the 125 mg dose of GABA along with 1mg of Melatonin and 250 mg of a Magnesium blend. The blend of lower doses seem to help me more than any blend of mega-doses.  I hope this helps.

The Suggested Use for this product currently states, “1 lozenge, 1 to 3 times daily. For best results, allow to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing”. What size tablet/lozenge is this? Some seem to be about the size of a dime, while some "melts" are tiny little pellets. Thank you!

Each one is a little larger than an aspirin tablet, and that shape:  7/16 of an inch in diameter and 5/16 inch thick.
