Tried the chocolate flavour for the first time and really liked it. Tastes good, easy to consume, and gives a quick energy boost without feeling heavy. Great for workouts and long sessions. Definitely worth trying.

Product is useful during endurance activities like hiking running trekking or just any form of cardio where you have to reach goals or targets. Taste is also palatable and easy to use. Can feel a bit dry on the throat though but once used to the feeling, then manageable

Fast & Up Gels - GREAT STUFF
Love this flavour!!!! Tastes pretty close to a chocolate and all their gels are genuinely great. Have used them for long walks, as well as indoor heavy lifting sessions and they’re definitely gonna be something I’m always stocked up on for the energy boost they give

Two Sachet was missing. When I unpacked the Pack. The actual box is broken. I have used the rest since I have no other option left for Mumbai Marathon. I expect a refund.
