I have no complaints

Laptop was just what I was looking for as a backup. The product worked perfectly, BUT, a series of battery problems caused me to return it. No questions asked. A problem with USPS (!!!) caused a delay in the return. An unexpected pleasant surprise, then, when the owner called me to explain and apologize AND give me an extra 5% credit!! As a school IT support person I have dealt with many companies (Apple, Lenovo, Dell, CDW, Cisco, etc.), but this is the first time I was contacted by an owner to resolve a problem. Impressive customer CARE that I have not experienced anywhere else in 25 years of tech support work. The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because of the initial problem with the battery. However, because of the follow through from the owner, I plan to look for a replacement from EPower once my refund is confirmed.

I really needed a Windows 7 laptop to install some older electronic devices. The first on I ordered from another vendor said it was a Windows 7 but turned out to be an XP and some of the functions didn't work right so I returned it. This one had great reviews and I can see why. Right out of the box it started right up and everything works! I'm not sure on the battery life but it does hold a charge. I also like that It came with some free software. i.e. Rovio Creator, so I was able to burn some CDs. It has an adequate amount of memory. Plus to have an i5 processor at this price is a real bargain. I highly recommend this vendor if you're looking into getting a Windows 7 laptop that actually functions like it's suppose to. Hopefully you won't be disappointed. At least I'm not.

Second Chance IT will get my business again. My laptop appears to be in great condition. No issues with setup, buttons feel great, backlit keyboard works great; as for the rest, so far so good. I called them prior to purchasing the unit; Brian answered all my questions and verified that all units are tested and in good shape prior to being wiped clean, and then reloaded to a factory out of box start up state; in other words when you initially power up the laptop, you will go through the same experience in setting it up as if it were brand new.

I've done this once but will gladly do again------Very disappointed in this laptop. It promised a back-lit keyboard (the main reason for purchase). When it arrived, no lit keyboard and after checking numbers with Dell, they told it was purchased WITHOUT that option. That write-up was misleading and totally false. Have to give high-5 to Amazon for full refund and covering most of the return costs.

Should have been offered with more RAM standard. It came with 4 but now will need to upgrade to at least 8.

Laptop looked almost brand new. Installed 8gb and 240 ssd; runs like new. Backlit keyboard a plus.

Nice laptop. We use it everyday. It suites our family an d is used for our business, school work and light internet browsing.
