I don't detect any sweeteners we're added to the malt powder.

is it only 1 bottle for almost 10 bucks?

Yes. And worth every penny. For one milkshake with 8 ounces of milk and two scoops of ice cream it only takes 1 tablespoon of malted milk powder. There are 13 ounces in this bottle.

Can it be used in baking I need it for a cake I making thanks

Never tried it in a cake. I purchased it to make old fashioned malted milks. And I can't read the labels as it's packed cuz we're moving, Sorry.

In product specifications, it says 6, but in the Q&A it says one, so which is it? Six, 13oz containers?

doublecheck with the seller but you can usually tell by the price. I ordered one and got one container.
