Good headphones but with a couple of poor design decisions.
Despite the premium price, the product isn't quite as effortless as I would like due to a couple of poor design decisions.Firstly, the charging LED on the inductive charging station is really poorly positioned: it's right next to where the USB cable plugs in, but of course you are going to want the cable to hang down towards the plug, which means that for the vast majority of people the cable (and hence the LED) is facing away from you. Think about it: on a bedside table, how likely is it that a trailing cable going down to a plug is going to be facing you? Most of the time the cable faces the wall! And so does the LED, which means you can't see if the headphones are charging.Secondly, it's actually quite difficult to persuade the charger to work through the fabric (and this is the thinner Breeze fabric), the LED will blink green for a few seconds, then blink red to say that the item is incorrectly positioned for charging. In the end it's just easier to pull the module out slightly and place it directly on the charger. Then it charges fine, but it's not as effortless as the manual suggests. The headphones themselves are pretty good for their purpose and reasonably comfortable (there some occasional discomfort from the plastic parts against the ears, but I can't imagine any other headphone is going to improve on this design for side-sleepers). I am happy with the purchase but I do wish a little more thought had gone inductive charger.Battery life seems good, and the headphones are easy enough to operate, even at 4 am when you are half asleep. The fact that there are no wires is really important and is what makes these headphones so good for sleeping with. I use them with the NatureSpace app to play the sound of rolling waves to lull me back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night, and for that purpose they are wonderful.

Good but not perfect
Ok, so these are really great..I've tried cheap versions and they simply dont compete with this. As far I have seen, these are the only ones with actually flat speakers, and while you do feel them when lying on them (obvs) they are not uncomfortable (aside from a little bit the first night, just getting used to them). However, there is a fairly ridiculous markup on these, and as such, I expect perfection (for this price, yeah, I expect perfection) and unfortunately I have 2 issues:- The cable & wall plug for the wireless charger do not work together.. you have to hold the cable in to make the connection.. let go and theres no power. I have had to use a usb wall plug I already had, which works fine. I initially thought the charger was completely broken though and had to faff about for a while. Not fun.- While the right speaker feels nice and solid, the left does not.. it feels like something is loose in there, and makes a clicking sort of noise when I apply light pressure on it (either with my finger, or sometimes just turning my head). I fully expect it to break quite soon.. I may well return them, will see how much it continues to iritate me.So yeah, great product (possibly unique in terms of the flat speakers), but for the premium price tag theres really no excuse for these issues.

The answer to a side sleeper’s prayer ...........
After months of deliberation I have FINALLY purchased my SleepPhones.I opted for the ‘Breeze’ headband in Medium and the ‘Effortless’ induction charging pad.I hadn’t expected there to be so much stretch in the fabric and wonder if the small size might have worked a little better for me. As other reviewers have said (yes, I did a lot of research first), the earphone pads DO move about in the headband and when turning from side to side when in bed, they do require a bit of manipulation to keep over my ears. The SleepPhones arrived in a lovely little tin with a small card detailing ‘free sleep music’. The info took me to the US website where the instructions to download to my iPod or MP3 player seemed a bit out of touch so didn’t bother with that. I have found a great app where I can buy sounds I like or use their free ones, together with a timer with fade out.My last comment has been echoed by many reviewers - on the induction charger why on earth have the charging indicator light at what is really the back of the unit where the lead fits into it? You have to position the unit with the lead showing at the front in order to see the light! Bonkers and really poor design in my opinion.Overall I do feel that SleepPhones are the best option for me and am pleased I finally bought them. Much preferred to all types of ear plugs I have tried. As a side sleeper they really are superbly comfortable.

I was disappointed but can see how they could work for somebody else
I had such high expectations for these after reading the reviews but was left disappointed. The band kept slipping, I’m not sure if this is because my hair was up and soft so no grip but the ear piece is so uncomfortable if I were to lay on my side. These would be perfect if I slept on my back and didn’t move. The set up was easy, easy to charge and I found some sleep music on amazon music.I am an extremely light sleeper since having children so this is just my personal experience.I am returning and will look for an alternative.I will also add that I found the charger easy to connect. I see a few negative reviews for this. I did not have a problemThey may work for you

easy charging
I have used acoustic sleepphones for years and now can't sleep without. The Wireless version was a great advance but constant daily charging put a strain on the connector. These are brilliant although it took me about ten days to work out that the best way to connect the device to the charger was to pick up the charger and clamp it to the device, rather than trying to put the device on the right position on the charger. Just make sure the seam is not over the internal unit and the magnet connects easily.

Not as good as I thought
These yes are good but I am fed up with them not charging unless I take the device out and charge them I might as well of bought the ones that's was £79 instead of thesePlus the earphones keep moving I had another set of different make and they never moved but was not as comfortable as these. The wireless charger no good u might as well get the £79 ones as u do the same
