Bit hard and could damage the cable in the long run. The spring is good and look is good.

Product was in very good condition delivered to be without a scratch on it but the worst thing is the spring attached in it is stiff so it will damage the cable in long run. So I m not using it.

Works best with mobile / iPad charging cables, headphones. Max 6 feet.Not meant for laptop charging cables or any thick cables.

Doesn't work
It's rubbish. Don't know whether it's just the piece I got or is generally the case. Doesn't retract the wire when hooked and pulled more than a cm at a time. It will take a lot of careful patience and time to get it all spooled in. Discarded.

Not value for money. Looking nice, rec'd. good product with proper packing by Amazon.While pulling out the wire, due to pressure, head phone wire broke out.

no instructions, no start/stop button
There are no instructions sent with this device. There is no start/stop button on the exterior, so it just winds everything in. It harsh on the wires of earbuds because there is no control in the rewind, it just eats up the wires until there is resistance. Poor design. Ate up my Bose earbud in first use. Also it is difficult or impossible to just pull out a few inches of the wire. It is an all or nothing design.

What a joke!
I wouldn't like this if you gave it to me. It's WAY too BIG. It doesn't work at all. I could barely get a usb cable to stow away in it.I'm not a big review writer, but I couldn't let this one go by. Don't buy unless you just want to waste your money!
