Winfield VERTEX Men's Package Set / 12-Piece Package

Bought this set for my son in law who has only played golf once, but really enjoyed it! He wanted to start golfing but didn't have anything of his own so I decided to purchase this set for him, for Christmas. The clubs seems sturdy and well made. The Golf bag is pretty nice also. We know they are budget clubs so we weren't expecting Callaway quality. However, my husband (who used to work at a golf course for many years) actually thought the clubs were pretty solid for the price. I will update my review with their performance once my son in law has played a round of golf with them.

I am bad at golf. Because I am bad at golf, I wanted clubs that would not make me bad at golf and also bankrupt. This is that set. They work great, even if you're not bad at golf, which I am.

You get what you pay for. This is great for beginners to learn but flimsy for professional games

Ordered the Vertex Men's Golf set for our four Grandson's (ages 13, 12, 12 10) for Christmas and was very pleased with quality and appearance of the clubs and the bag. Very impressed with the driver. We have not had a chance to practice this year due to the cold weather, so I can't comment on their playability.

Good, cheap starter set. Played the clubs a few times then upgraded. Definitely an off brand to get you started. 3 wood is actually not bad, as is the Pitching Wedge. Best thing about the set was the bag.

Great set of clubs for a novice golfer like myself. Would recommend them for any rookie out there over 6ft tall.
