I have been saving up to purchase one of these BEAUTIFUL works of art. My order came in record time. The look and feel of the knife surpassed my expectations. It is too beautiful for me to want to use as an everyday knife, which is a complement in the craftsmanship.

Knife is lite and will cut trough rough stuff like chicken bone because of its density
Knife is lite and will cut trough rough stuff like chicken bone because of its density, it does gets rusty easy. That I do use this knife for cutting meats, for veggies I use stainless still knifes.

I absolutely love this knife
I absolutely love this knife. The bevel is more of a 80/20 rather than a 50/50 grind which is great for added control when trimming meat or skinning fish. By far the best buy for the cost.

Really wanted to like this knife
Not happy! When receving the knife I found that it was super dull. I wanted to like this knife but considering it was having trouble cutting through a tomato right out the box. I would rather go with any other knife than this.
