Amazing
It's been not even a couple of weeks since using this sleeve so take this for what I can attest to so far. I am not sure what is wrong with my knee, (maybe just age, and don't have any option for affordable insurance) but have had some pretty severe pain the inside of me knee that at times kept me from walking without dragging my leg like my knee popped out of place or something. Pretty painful. So I have tried quite a few "knee braces" by Ace, Mueller, different styles, you know, the typical Walmart or Walgreen's selection and every one of them made my leg swell if I wore them for any reasonable length of time. They all were "thickish" material and felt substantial. But wearing them, though secure feeling, was not comfortable to just wear all day. They were like something just grabbing my leg to hold it all together. A good first step, but big downsides for me with the swelling. I was looking at this one and said I'm done with the swelling because that just won't work, and needed "something". I read the reviews and not easily swayed, I figured I would give it a go. Guess what? For me this was instantly amazing. Soothing, more effective than any other, pain was miraculously diminished, AND I could wear it all day, all night with NO swelling. It is so thin, and comfortable and it fits under any pants and you just forget about it. For something so thin and comfortable you would think, how could this be doing anything? I have been wearing it ever since with great benefit. I forgot to put it on before work one day and my knee was really bothering me. I took a break and went home for lunch and to get my CopperJoint sleeve. Slipped it on and never even thought about me knee for the rest of the day! Don't know about the "copper" thing, or the chemical compound and amount it supposedly has. However, I'll take it because it just works! Period. I don't take to easy to writing reviews, because most products oversell themselves and you usually have to take it all like exaggeration, but I was actually compelled to write this review because the product actually does what it says. Pretty interesting, right? I am sure "sizing" is important so check the charts and do the best you can. Mine is a small but still a bit tight around the "bands" for a small thin person, but again, I am experiencing no swelling and it just feels good. I am tempted to try the medium and thought of exchanging it out, but I am happy so far and don't want to mess with the success I have had with this CopperJoint compression sleeve. We are all different, and may experience something different based on the condition, but I would wholeheartedly say "just try it". You may be just as pleasantly surprised as me if you have knee pain or trying to heal an injury. If I can hang in there less than one more year Medicare can kick in for me and I can be properly diagnosed as to what is going on with my knee. With discovering this sleeve I believe I can make it that far!

Seems to be helping me
I do feel like it's helping me. I have had one for over four months. I have felt supported by it and like it might be contributing to my gradual improvement. My knee got injured 17 months ago and I have done many things to try to make it better, including extreme training modifications, months of physical therapy and doctor visits, two MRIs, RPW therapy, acupuncture, and cortisone shots. Any improvement has been difficult to notice, but I do think it's improving extremely gradually, and I feel that this sleeve is part of that. One thing I'll say is I ordered my size based on measurements. I was not very close to borderline, so I ordered the recommended size. Although it works, it was a bit looser than I wanted. I ended up ordering a second one a size down and I like it better and feel that it does a better job. Now I use the bigger one for icing (I have a small, flat ice pack that can fit inside the sleeve.) Unfortunately some of the silicone sticky material that helps the sleeve to stay in-place has started to come off on the newer, smaller one. That is the main reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. It has not caused an issue, yet. Otherwise the sleeve is great, comfortable, and easy to do everything in. I wear it almost all the time.

Great Support for Strengthening Knees During Workouts
I used the CopperJoint Knee Brace to help build strength in my knees when restarting my workout program, and it has been incredibly helpful. I wore it for a week, and it provided excellent support, allowing my tendons to get stronger without any strain. From the moment I put it on, I noticed how comfortable and snug the fit was. The compression felt just right, not too tight, and it stayed in place during my workouts. The material is breathable, so I didn’t experience any discomfort or sweating at the back of my knees. After a week of use, my knees felt stronger, and I was able to take the brace off and continue my workouts without it. It really helped build up the strength in my tendons, and I’m looking forward to my knees getting even stronger. Overall, I’d recommend the CopperJoint Knee Brace to anyone needing extra support while rebuilding knee strength during workouts.

Decent compression, but rolls down.
This is really a compression sleeve for mid-thigh to mid-calf. I am not sure why it has "copper" in the name - other than there is a copper-colored emblem ironed onto the sleeve. It does not appear to have any copper in it. I just looks like it is made of normal compression elastic and synthetic materials. The compression does its job and helps stabilize the knee for support. The problem I have encountered is that the top near the thigh rolls down instead of staying flat to the leg. This becomes quite uncomfortable. Because of this, I cannot recommend this knee sleeve. I got it on sale, but it is still more expensive than others I have seen on Amazon.

Helpful Product, Excellent Customer Service
This review is of both the product and the service I received from the manufacturer. I purchased two knee sleeves and though I thought I had measured correctly, when I wore one for the first time it became clear that it was too small. The manufacturer had emailed me asking what I thought of the sleeve. I replied that I thought it had helped with my pain, but that I needed to exchange it for a larger size before I could wear it long enough to judge. I said I was going to contact Amazon for an exchange, but he offered to send me the correct size at no cost. I think that was very generous and it arrived quickly. I have now been wearing the correct size for several days and it does truly reduce my pain. When I get focused on a project, I sit for long periods of time. Previously when I would get up I would have to stand for a few seconds to let the pain subside enough to flex my knee and walk. With the sleeve on, my knee does not seem to get quite so frozen and when I stand up I can walk with significantly less pain - nothing will fix all the pain as I need a knee replacement. However, until I get that done, wearing the Copper Joint Knee Sleeve is a great alternative. I am wearing it daily and will continue to do so. The end of the story is this. I had not opened the second too-small sleeve so I went on Amazon to exchange it. I am not sure why, but they were having system difficulties did not allow me free shipping for the return (as a Prime customer). After trying unsuccessfully to fix the problem they graciously offered me a refund and told me to keep the sleeve. It didn't seem right that I should end up with two free sleeves so I emailed the manufacturer again and asked him if I could send the too-small sleeve directly to him. He said I could, but offered that I could give it to someone else if I preferred. I did that as I have a colleague who also is suffering from a knee injury. If she has a good experience with the sleeve, I hope she will write a review as well.

Not enough support, rolls down. It’s a DO NOT BUY recommendation!
First you have to realize that this is a Tommy Copper clone. It is not manufactured nor sold by Tommy Copper, and to avoid a lawsuit, they just use the Copper word in their product. Had trouble with both knees so I decided to evaluate and write about its pros and cans. Unfortunately, many cons and no pros! I put one on each of my knees, (yes, two) and gave them them a real world test. Results, TEST FAILED! Why you may ask and I’ll tell you. What do you want in two compression knee sleeves. First and foremost, you want total support to hold the knee to prevent unwanted hurtful movements. Test, fail! They do not go from the top of the knee down the leg far enough. Second, you expect the compression to remain strong and hold the knees. Test, fail! I wore them for two weeks and found that they unroll themselves just rolling up a sock. The knew part rolls down and does not remain where it’s supposed to. As you walk, it slides down until you have no compression in the knee at all. All the compression winds up on your calf. I purposely ordered medium thinking small might be too tight and might actually cut off circulation. So I’m going to return these and look for another brand where the word support really means some. My recommendation, this is a DO NOT BUY! Sorry copper, I tell it like it is! Don’t want other Amazon customers making the same mistake!
