SpitzPumpkin Seeds Seasoned, 4-Ounce (Pack of 12)

I live in Albany, Oregon and I recently travelled thru Northern California where I purchased the Spitz Pumpkin seeds. I have always bought the David and Son brand of pumpkin seeds, but they were just to salty, i found the Spitz brand in many of the convenience stores in California I thought I would easily find them in Oregon. I looked in several markets, small convenience stores and they carried the Spitz sunflower seeds but no one carried the Spitz pumpkin seeds, so I decided to look on Amazon.com and there they were...yes! These are the reasons I switched to the Spitz Brand, first I like the resealable bag, second the size of the bag, third the size of the seeds, fourth the taste of the seeds, it's a toasted flavor which comes from the seasoning on it, and lastly they are not as salty as the other brands.Amazon.com was as usual very fast in delivery to my house. I can count on them to take my order and fulfill it with no problems. My only concern was the price, I paid about 20 cents more per bag than I bought them for in California stores...but I'm satisfied with the Amazon service and my seeds....very tasty!

My mom found these in Texas and when I went home to visit last summer I basically become addicted to them. We were buying another bag almost everyday, they are so easy to just munch on and toss away the shells and the seasoning is so so so delicious. When I came back home to Virginia, I had to buy a whole big box of them. This was more of a summer, outside treat when we were out by the pool or out cleaning lake houses but me and now my husband still eat them in the house as a snack

These are pricey but they are very good! My biggest complaint about other pumpkin seed brands is that they are very salty. That’s not an issue with this brand. They are perfectly salted.

I get these seasonally from my local grocery store but haven’t been able to find them so I ordered them and they are stale. They do not taste the same at all and are not very good, I will not order them again.

uuuuuugh...... theez're reeeeeal goooooooood. way better than the other brands. They're fat, plump, and roasted. I feel like I'm doing something illegal when I buy them online in BULK like this cuz, I mean, I don't own a convenience store or coach a little league or anything like that. I JUST LIKE THESE THINGS. and they go so fast that, apparently, I have to order 12 at a time to keep up with the demand in my house. i don't know anything for certain, but my hypothesis is that these seeds come from those huuuuugemongous pumpkins that you see on TV. You know, the ones that win world records and stuff. The ones that people carve out and make hollow, then use as small watercraft and race against each other. Those pumpkins. Why do I think that? Cuz these seeds are *Paul Bunyan* big. Also, and this is no lie, my dogs love them too. I'm just throwing that out there.how many did you add to your cart? -- ADD MOAAR.

We ordered 4 boxes of 14oz pack of 12....and got just 4 packs. We paid for 48 packs and got 4. Be very weary of this listing. We did get a refund, but it was a pain in the ass to not get what we paid for.

So... these seeds are definitely a different flavor from any other pumpkin seeds I've tried (and I've tried a LOT). The flavor is more "savory" than the usual salty or roasty taste pumpkin seeds have. The spice coating tastes pretty good, but if you are craving something salty, these probably aren't going to satisfy that craving. I also think that the shells lean toward the thicker side of the pumpkin seed spectrum. If you eat your pumpkin seeds "shell and all" (like normal people), you'll be doing some chewing to get these shells ground down.
