I’ve been using the arboleaf Smart Scale for a few weeks now, and it’s a big upgrade from a standard bathroom scale. The 8-electrode design (with the handle) really sets it apart—it gives a much more detailed and consistent breakdown of body composition compared to the typical foot-only scales. The 7-in-1 display is very convenient. You can instantly see key stats like weight, body fat, BMI, and muscle mass without always needing to open the app. That said, the app is where this scale really shines. It tracks a lot of metrics, including segmental analysis (arms, legs, torso), which helps you understand where you’re gaining muscle or losing fat over time. Setup was quick, and syncing with my phone was seamless. The readings have been consistent day-to-day, which gives me confidence in the data. I also like that it supports multiple user profiles, so it’s great for a household. You just have to open the app on your phone and hop on the scale, it will automatically register on the app so you don’t have to manually change users. The build quality feels solid, and the design is sleek enough to leave out in the bathroom. It clearly improves the depth of analysis. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re serious about tracking more than just weight. It gives you a much clearer picture of your fitness progress and helps you stay motivated. I used to go to a gym with an InBody scale that performed body composition analysis. I thought it was great and missed using it when I moved and joined another gym. This scale is very sensitive but very accurate. It connects via Bluetooth to your phone, and when you perform a body analysis, it creates a well designed report showing your weight and your body mass, body fat, and water weight as they're distributed around your body. It's specific enough to show your body muscle and body fat in each arm and each leg. When it's completed, you can have it create a PDF and email it to yourself to keep as a record. This is not the least nor the most expensive scale of this kind, but it's a good value for the money.

This is the best scale we've ever had. So many functions and interaction with the app. No more writing down results as we can chart on the app for years. Price is excellent against comparable smart scales.

I like that it's easy to use, syncs with the Apple Health app (I don't have to manually enter values), and I don't have to open the Arboleaf app before stepping on the scale. It's great so far; I recommend it. Update: Having used the Apple Health app, I would have liked to see line graphs in the Arboleaf app to show changes in more categories. It only shows weight, body fat, and BMI.

I love this scale. I get so much information from it in just a few minutes of stepping on, being measured, and looking in the app. The trending section of the app can be used to see how your body has changed over a range of days. There are also other arboleaf tools that can be connected to the same app, like the tape measure that is super easy for one person to use. Get a bigger picture of your health with this scale.

I bought this machine to help me verify that I was successfully maintaining muscle while losing weight. I used it daily for several months, and the reports indicated that I was maintaining my skeletal muscle (within 0.1 lb one way or the other). Imagine my surprise when I went to the Dr's office this week and discovered that I had loss 2lbs of muscle since the lasts time I used their much higher-end machine 3 months prior. I wasn't expecting a perfectly precise machine at this price point, but I had hoped it would at least give me some indication of trends. Guess I'm better off sticking with a traditional scale.

I got the exact same measurements from my $20 scale. I thought the body fat etc was supposed to be more accurate. It doesn't differentiate between fat loss and dehydration.

It’s just ok. It tracks everything it states . But it’s not really accurate. And especially if you measuring daily yourself and then using weekly average it’s shows a lot of inaccurate information.
