A bit pricey compared to aftermarket cartridges. However, I like my printer and don't want a $25 "drill and fill" import screwing up my machine. They're the real deal. I get long life out of them; but, your mileage may vary from higher use. I won't quote how long they've lasted, it won't be relevant to most users. I will say, I got slightly longer service than is quoted in the Brother specifications.

Description shows 4 high yield cartridges. I received the yellow and magenta high yield cartridges as described. I received the Cyan(1400 pages) TN221C and the black TN 221BK only (2500 pages). At the price I paid for this set it is frustrating! I am returning the set.

I have gone back after 2 different non-OEM toners. Fearing I had done damage to the drums I was unsure if i should try these but no, the vibrant colors and perfect print are back and almost worth 5 times the price. But if you can see in my photos the OEM toner is noticably darker and richer and it really does make a difference. If you were in a situation like me and have become disappointed in you cheap toners but wonder if the printer is still going to print well with genuine brother I say give it a try mine prints like the day it was new again now.

Like others writing reviews, I bought compatible cartridges (they were a lot cheaper), but the color was way off, and could not be corrected. I bought these OEM Brother Toner Cartridges installed them and the color is great. I will never buy another off brand tone for my color laser printer. They just don't match the colors of Brother toner and give poor results. Stick to the Bother products for the laser printers.

These genuine Brother cartridges are worth the money. I tried an aftermarket set and they failed after only half their toner had been used. Brother cartridges last until the toner is gone, which is a very long time.

The black cartridge began leaving streaks while still 2/3 full.I replaced it with a new one and the streaks were gone. I think I just got a bad Black Ink Cartridge.Hopefully this was a one-off.

Awfully expensive for my home office, but they perform reliably and quality of print is excellent. I haven't kept track of print count on these extra-capacity cartridges but they do seem to last a long time.
