Thorne Research - Stress B-Complex - Vitamin B Complex for Stress Support - 60 Capsules

I went with Thorne thinking I was making the best choice due to the reputation the brand has, I also thought I knew what I was looking for in the product as it had the correct active forms of Folate and B12. However I was unaware at the time of the danger the predominant form of B6 used in this formulation poses. The form pyridoxine has been known for a few years now to actually INHIBIT our ability to make use of B6 in any form, therefore you'd actually be better off taking nothing and just getting whatever amount (minimal as it may be) from the food your eating. I've had symptoms that fall in line with B6 deficiency/insufficiency but wrote it off considering I "knew" I was covered by the illustrious Thorne. I can only hope this particular B-complex has since been shelved and this seller is just getting rid of excess stock, as Thorne actually do also offer a better version called the "Basic B-complex" which not only uses the more beneficial form of B6 but also has generally more reasonable dosages save for a few (I'd often only take a 1/2 or a 1/3 of these capsules). Just buy the other version, hopefully if enough people understand this information this version will disappear as nobody will be buying it :)

These are not for me and so I cannot pass my recommendation fully. I will add that the time from order to receipt was exceptionally quick. Amazingly so!! Thank you!!

Firstly I have very high food intolerance. I have to be very careful what I buy and what are the ingredients of the product. I have tried the best and the worst over many,many years.You can appreciate how I felt when I discovered THORNE and I had no side effects whats so ever. I recommend the product very highly.

Thorne was recommended by my naturopath as the design of the vitamin is made for your body to absorb it easily. This are the only vitamins I can actually feel the difference taking them vs not taking them. strongly recommended

The basic b complex I have used in the past, Thorne make good quality products. I have had to go back to these and found I benefit from one every other day, listen to your body to see how much you need and tolerate.
