Skip Hop Chelsea Downtown Chic Diaper Backpack, Champagne (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

Today I received my skip hop diaper bag. I couldn't wait to get it I no longer have a need to search for a diaper 💼 bag This is the most sensational bag I have ever had I myself do not have children but I use this as my pocketbook I know it sounds funny It has four huge pockets on the outside And for more pockets on the inside It is rugged it is sexy. Very stylish I also have a pocketbook organizer that fits right inside perfect And all the other pockets I could put almost anything in them And still put more in them that's how spacious they are I have not filled it yet because I am just loving the looks of it and I am planning exactly how I'm going to put my things in there Do not hesitate to buy this you will not be sorry you will be so grateful that you purchased it I bought one of these a few years ago I did not know about Amazon at the time I saw it hanging on the rack in the store and it was the only diaper bag left and it was pink and white Being the nice person I am my girlfriend saw me with it and she loved it so much she was just willing to buy it off me and me being the person I am I just gave it to her. And now I have it back again I only saw one color I believe but..... when I saw the beige one that was the ticket I am in love with this bag I am never going to have to get another one This bag is put together so well the material has a lot of substance the sewing the stitching will never come loose and I may even purchase a second one just for a back up that's how much I think this bag is the most sensational diaper bag and everything in it is exactly what women can use for their babies essentials Like I said I use it for a pocketbook it carries my iPad writing pads water bottles the inside pockets are perfect for your checking book or your pocket calendar or hanker chiefs or brush and combs. I wanted to love this diaper bag. My baby is 3 months old, and I have been using the Skip Hop Duo bag, which was just too small for all the stuff I need to carry around. In addition to needing a bigger bag than the Duo, I wanted one that would look more work appropriate so I could just use it instead of a purse when I go back to work.I thought I would take a chance on the champagne color even though I couldn't find any reviews of this exact bag. I liked the contrasting black accents and the off-white panel in the pictures. When it arrived today, I was immediately disappointed. I think I was expecting more of a warm camel color, but the majority of the bag is sort of a dirty tan. The front pockets were really wrinkled and this was accentuated by the light, shiny fabric. It didn't look polished. I just wouldn't feel good about carrying it, so I'm going to send it back.The bag organization isn't quite what I was looking for either. I like that it has bottle pockets on each side, although I can't tell if they are actually insulated. I like the changing pad pocket on the back. I like the small zippered cell phone pocket, where you can actually fit a lot more than your cell phone (lip balm, nail file, pen, gum, work ID, etc.). Inside the main compartment, there are 2 large pockets on each side that are great for diapers and wipes. The white zippered pocket actually goes all the way to the bottom of the bag, and this would be a great place to keep all of your personal stuff like wallet, keys, iPod, nursing pads, etc., but I felt like it was missing one more zippered pocket for organizing my stuff. The exterior pockets are good for things you need easy access to, like burp cloths, but I can't decide if I like the look of them. I also don't really like that the white part can't flop all the way down when the two front pockets are full.I didn't love the carrying options either. The shoulder strap is seatbelt material and sits so wide on the bag. It didn't feel right on my shoulder, and I probably won't carry the bag messenger style when I have the baby in a carrier. The two handles are too short to fit over your shoulder, and I don't usually have a hand free to carry a bag in my hand or the crook of my arm. I was on the fence about ordering this bag in black, but I think I'm going to try to find something else.Overall, this bag is close but no cigar.

I would buy this bag for every girlfriend of mine who is becoming a new mother! Most diaper bags are dark on the inside which makes it very hard to see all the tiny baby things we throw into them such as their pacifiers etc. There are so many pockets on the outside rather than all being on the inside only which makes it a great diaper bag but also can be used for personal "mom things" like our cell phones and lipstick! The color is beautiful and matches almost every outfit I own! The strap is so soft compared to other diaper bags I have owns which means it doesn't rub my neck raw! I am very happy with this purchase.

I know it is supposed to be a diaper bag, but I have medical issues and plan to use it as a purse. With all the pockets, it will be wonderful! The metallic silver section makes it dressier than a normal diaper bag! I really like thestroller clips, they will work great on my walker or my scooter. Update: Not as much fit in it as I expected. The openings could be larger, or the material more flexible.

This review is for the diaper and amazon warehouse deal as well. I ordered champagne color diaper bag, it's darker in person and I prefer it darker so stains are not as visible. The quality looks good. Zippers are a bit hard to slide cuz it's brand new I guess. I got mine from Amazon warehouse which is like 40% less than original price! All tags are attached, zippers and handles are wrapped, bag wrapped in plastic bag, no stains or rips. Basically brand new!

Not a good investment, not worth the money, plus the zip broke after 2 months of use. No insulated pockets for warm milk.

Nice bag. Very spacious. Good fabric just looks a bit cheap. Got it for a reasonable price. It just looks better in the picture.

I'm really loving this bag! Has all the pockets I need, it looks great, light weight and most importantly now I ditched my handbag and have only one bag.

Compramos este bolso canastilla tras varios meses de intentarlo con el que venia con el cochecito, que era muy sencillo, la verdad. Tras varios meses de uso, estamos encantados con él. Se nota que han pensado en todos los detalles que puedas necesitar, por ejemplo con el tema de los compartimentos, muchos y cada uno para su uso concreto. Además en el caso del modelo Chelsea es muy bonito y casi podría pasar por un bolso normal y en ocasiones mi mujer lo utiliza como tal sin haber de ir traspasando cosas de uno a otro. Ninguna otra marca que yo sepa, los acaba tan bien y son tan completos. No es una pieza barata pero creo que lo estamos amortizando. El precio al que lo compramos por Amazon super competitivo.

Ich trage diese Tasche nun schon 4 Monate mit mir rum und ich muss sagen sie hält was sie verspricht also ich finde echt für alles was ich so für den kleinen brauche Platz! Klar ist sie nicht ganz so günstig aber es ist nun mal jetzt die nächsten Jahre mein ständiger Begleiter und aus diesem Grund wollte ich auch eine Tasche haben die optisch und qualitativ was hochwertiger ist! Ich bin total zufrieden und kann diese Tasche nur weiter empfehlen!
