Platinum Drywall Tools 2.5" Drywall Corner Flusher/Glazer

I'm an independent contractor, focusing on residential work, kitchens, baths, remodels, etc. The quality of this flusher is just as good as others on the market that cost more money. I use this 2.5" flusher for my first coat of mud, then finish with a 3.5". This combo has paid for itself tenfold, on my first job using it.

First off you can see and feel the welds that hold the handle mount assembly to the trowel on the bottom side of the trowel that contacts the mud/compound. It concerns me that it may leave marks in the compound that would have to be sanded out later, I will update once i test it. However that being said this thing is pretty much just like a corner trowel that you would buy for $15, except it doesn't come with a handle and it does have two pads on it that keep it from going flat against the drywall anything more the $30 for this is a rip off.

This was nifty for the first couple uses- the spot welds snapped today and left me high and dry.

tough to clean, could slice your hand, extremely expensive starting at around $175 for 2.5in flusher and depending on the brand, top brands with charge over $300. However, these flushers are well worth it and make it up in the enormous amount of time they save. They turn a 2-3hr trowel and hawk ceiling corner job into a 10-15min job. Thats 1200% faster. Time = $$$$$. Pays for itself after 1st use.
