elago iPhone 6S Case, [Slim Fit 2][Soft Feel Royal Blue] - [Light][Minimalistic][True Fit] – for iPhone 6/6S

------------------OVERVIEW------------------Having owned every single iPhone since the iPhone 3G up to the iPhone 6/+, I have purchased and received free cases of all sorts from various brands such as;- Elago- Spigen- Anker- KaysCase- Monoprice- TechMatte- Fliptroniks- Luvvitt- SupCase- FYY- BesData- amCase- Totallee- Acase- ExotekAny many more believe it or not, and Elago has remained one of my top 3 favorites. I'm not a bulky/rugged/massive protection case type of person because I do not like the added bulk, weight and overall design and ergonomics those cases. So for personal use, I prefer a slim or ultra-slim fit case.-------------------QUICK REVIEW-------------------First off, this is by far my favorite iPhone 6 case I have received, whether purchased or for free. The color of the Metallic Dark Grey is so sleek, clean and visually appealing. Its what the black/slate color SHOULD BE on the iPhone 5s and iPhone 6/+. It reminds me of a gunmetal type of color and I love it. Fits perfectly, and looks SWEET!The case adds minimal thickness/bulk to the iPhone 6 which is what I want and prefer. The case snaps on the rear and really only protects the rear/back and sides of the iPhone 6 from minor drops and scratches, nothing more.Do NOT expect or assume any of the following from this case1. Screen protection of any sort2. Military grade protection3. Small child protection4. Protection for major drops or throws (the iPhone is not a theft deterrent)What I love about this case is that I have my iPhone 6 wrapped in a full body skin to protect from just scratches and this doesn't ruin the skin. It snaps directly over it with no issues of it pushing the edges of the skin off or keeping the case from snapping on securely and properly. That is a big plus to me. I also like the direct access to the buttons thanks to a precise design and cut.After reviewing the Elago® S6 Outfit Aluminum and Polycarbonate Dual Case for the iPhone 6 which has the squared non-rounded edges like the Elago® S6 Slimfit2 Case for the iPhone 6 has, I do prefer the rounded edges over the non-rounded edges of the S6 Outfit, however both are great cases with exceptional build quality and construction.-------------------------PRODUCT FEATURES-------------------------- Give your iPhone 6 an Outfit! I was actually surprise this was not an issue with this case.-------------PROS-------------- Priced Competitively- Quality / Precision Fitment- Slim Design / Fits Snug / Very Little Bulk- Sufficient Protection / Rear Protection / Edge Protection- Color Selection / Design Selection- Works with SOME full body skins such as Skinomi, IQ Shield, Zagg, Etc but it will be a tight fit- Prompt Customer Service-------------CONS-------------- Although "slim" still adds bulk/depth to the iPhone- Although not a "con" to me, it will not protection from anything major, so keep that in mind-------------------DISCLOSURE-------------------I was supplied a sample for test and evaluation, and I promised that my review is fair and honest with no bias.

If you're like me, you think the mere thought of having to cover up your iPhone with a bulky, alienating piece of plastic or rubber is a terrible idea. After all, the iPhone was designed specifically to be held. It's high quality materials, the very shape of it, invites its owner to caress and fondle it as if it were a near extension of yourself. Or... That's what what I told myself about the 5S until it fell enough times that the champagne colored metal ring was basically disfigured. Sigh. Which brings me to the Elago 6S SlimFit. Look, if you weren't rolling your eyes at the intro to this review, you could do a lot worse than this case. It's slim enough that it legitimately doesn't add much bulk to the phone and it's made of high quality plastic that feels great in the hand. Smooth yet not slippery to the touch, the case will prevent you from fumbling with the heavy weight of the iPhone and letting it slip out of the hand. This will not prevent your phone from cracking the glass if it falls face first on gravel or asphalt. It won't protect the front top or bottom end of the phone if it falls at an angle onto those edges, but for most normal tumbles, this will keep your phone basically unscathed. My only major problem with this case is, it's so snug, it's a little difficult to get off. There's no cutout anywhere to push the phone out, so it's a question of squeezing the phone out which can sometimes be tricky if you're trying to avoid damaging the case by breaking it near the button cut outs etc. On the plus side though, the branding is inconspicuous.iPhone cases are a trade off by nature - you forgo the feel of the naked material for that little bit of protection. In the same way, you forgo bulk for less protection when you choose a slim case like this. For my money, Elago makes that trade off something I can live with at a price that's hard to argue. Don't think there's anything else that compares at the price. Recommended.

I've been using this model case for over two years now, and am very happy with it. Each case has been lasting me about a year, so during these two years I’ve gone through two cases, which isn’t so bad considering how slim the case is and how often I drop my phone! It fits the iPhone 6 perfectly, has a good grip, doesn't show fingerprints or dirt and looks very nice. I keep getting the extreme red and haven't had any discoloration at all with any of them. It has a very elegant soft finish - doesn’t look or feel plasticky at all. I hate how huge the iPhone 6 is, and I drop it a lot because it doesn't fit well in my hand, and doesn't fit in any of my pockets, so it's always falling. I'm seriously impressed by this case, being a slim case. Despite all the falls, my phone has had no damage, and the cases have only gotten minor cracks. My second case just got its first crack after over a year of use, so I ordered a third of this same model, because I love it so much. The only reason I’m getting a new one is because the crack is at the edge so a piece of the case sticks out and catches on my clothing. Otherwise the case is completely intact despite all the falls! That’s why I replaced my first case, too - eventually it cracked in a place where a piece of it was sticking out and catching on my clothes.I’ve read about other people being unable to take the case off without breaking their phone in the process, but I haven’t had that problem at all. All three of my cases have come off very easily, with no damage to the phone whatsoever and minimal (if any) effort. It’s a great case that I highly recommend!

Bought it as a gift to my wife for her iPhone 6 after the Leather Apple pink case wore away and gave a dirty apperence, the case fits tight and is really light and protects the phone well.One minor comment is it is a bit slick to touch so could slip out of your hands.

I have bought the product on 20th August. Liked the product. Have only used for 7 months and there's a crack developing on top corner.. Not worth of spending 1600 for this case
