Amazing!! I have struggled to sleep more than 4 hours a night for years, since menopause. From day one taking this as soon as I wake up.. I am sleeping all night. If I wake up to use the toilet I go straight back to sleep. The only negative experience is a bit of sluggishness when I wake up, apparantly caused by my body trying to make up for years of poor sleep. Best way to kick start taking B12 I normally have injections of B12 but currently working away so this was a great alternative to the injections This product has worked really well for me

This really helped with brain fog after a few days , but I will have to stop taking as it, side effects are as soon as i take it I feel like I need to pee all the time , tried taking half the amount and still have this problem it’s far too strong .
