Loved how light weight it was, loved the weight and pressure it can hold. Absolutely loved that it is a hidden taser. Well made, looks good, and is a form of protection, oh yes comes apart, has a carrying case, and is rechargeable.

I would not want to be on the receiving end of this. Even an angry big dog would change his mind after the nasty pop and crackle this thing makes. Animals are smart. Humans, not so much.

Excellent in every way possible

I was in an accident and am permanently disabled and need a cane for balance. When I saw this, I thought what a great way to have added protection since a feel vulnerable to the thieves/ weirdos out there. Surprisingly the cane feels well made without the heaviness of my solid wood cane. So far it has been easy to pull the cane apart if needed in emergency situation. I read it can be difficult to separate so I do not click the top part into the lined up holes to “lock” the cane, but instead the fit is tight enough to walk with cane daily without having to lock it. I don’t know if in time it will loosen too much where I’d HAVE to lock it. I found that while in locked position, it’s too difficult to pull it apart to expose the electrode parts. The noise alone would make a person think twice about approaching you. I was showing someone how it worked and he jumped back and my cat flew out of the room due to the noise alone. The handle is like a rubber/silicone material and is comfortable. The reason for the 4 stars is that it’s almost impossible not to hit the button to activate the stun and should be in another location. Luckily you have to push the button on the top forward to turn it on first, but one time while walking, I accidentally pushed it forward and if I hit the round button with my finger too, it would have activated the “stun” device. It is definitely a poor placement of the round activate button which is why i was aware of them both being on…I obsessively have to check that they are not on. Also I live in Florida where it rains a lot and it’s not waterproof so I have to carry my spare cane with me in case I need it in wet conditions. Overall, I love it so far although only had it less than a week so I can’t speak for its overall durability. Everyone who has seen it loves it and wants one for the same reasons I do, and also for safety while walking their dogs to ward off stray animals. I definitely recommend it for those reasons, plus it just cool looking too.

Not what i wanted. You have to push two buttons and pull hard to use it because the zap is on the inside the cane. By the time you got it apart to use the zap it would be to late to defend yourself. Also it came with a carry bag that is so small if you want to use it you have to take the cane apart. And the buttons you have to push to open the cane are locked in buttons. So you have to push in the buttons hard and plus as you pull it apart your fighting new o rings that are giving off some strong resistence. Like i said by the time you got the cane apart it would be to late to use it. Youd be hurting. Bad design way to cheaply made. Not worth a 111.00 dollars. Dont Buy .

The height adjustment pin broke and the support website provided on Amazon doesn't work. I am way under the weight requirement.
