Solid choice for better Zumba foot movement
I was taking Zumba classes and the shoes were sticking to the floor during the moves, causing me some discomfort in my knees and ankles, so I started searching for a Zumba/dance sneaker option and found this one. I read all reviews first and I decided to go with this one and give it a try based on the fit feedback. My true foot size is somewhere between a 9 1/2 and a 10. In street shoes (e.g. Cole Haan, Sperry, Brooks shoes as examples of shoe sizing for comparison- if you're a 10 in these brands, you're probably a 10 for this one too), I mostly go for a size 10. My foot is more average/narrow. That said, I didn't think they were cut narrowly. Seems to be an average width. This shoe fit my foot really well. I use a thin athletic sock, but most socks would work with this shoe without causing fit issues for me. Wearing the shoe - it wasn't too slick. My gym has wood/synthetic wood style floors in their exercise room which could be slick depending on the shoe sole, but I didn't feel unsure of my footing, even with them being brand new. I didn't need any time to break them in. I did a full hour class with no issues. I only use them for Zumba class. These shoes seem to offer enough support, cushion, and flexibility to the point that my feet and leg joints are no longer sore after class. These shoes remedied my issues with sticking to the floor during Zumba moves. I'm pretty thrilled with this purchase. They arrived on time, were good quality, looked nice, and work really well for my needs.

I'd been wearing Sketchers to Zumba but didn't like the way the shoes kept catching on the carpet
I'd been wearing Sketchers to Zumba but didn't like the way the shoes kept catching on the carpet, so I decided to look into getting shoes specifically designed for turning and pivoting. I was worried about purchasing shoes online. I have a wide foot, and it's always a safer bet to try shoes on before I purchase them. However, after doing a lot of research and reading a lot of reviews, and liking the price on Amazon, I decided to take a chance and purchase these shoes. I was pleasantly surprised that they fit just fine. My toes have plenty of room and the width is fine for my foot. The first time I used them for Zumba, my feet were a little sore after class, but not to the point where it was painful or had lasting pain. I think they just needed to be broken in. I wear them two or three days a week and they're great. They're great for all the turning and dance moves for Zumba.

A bit disappointed
I have been doing Zumba for about six years and have always worn Nikes. I loved my last pair of sneakers but they discontinued that style so I decided to try Zumba brand. This style had many good reviews and I used that as a guide in my decision. As Nike usually runs small, I typically order sneakers a half size larger so they will be comfortable with gym socks. I normally wear an 8, so this was a good move! Buying my actual size would not have worked at all.I was disappointed right out of the box and didn't find them anywhere near as light and comfortable as what I am used to. However, I already had them and got a good deal on them, so I decided I was going to keep them. They seemed more comfortable with gym socks and I felt much happier about them. Several of my class mates noticed them and said how great they look! However, considering they are meant for Zumba and dance fitness, they don't slide as well as I would expect. You don't want them too slippery, but these seemed to hang up just a little bit on some moves. I've only been to one class with them, so will see if it is just a matter of getting used to the different feel. I will update after I've used them a few times. If my view doesn't change, I am switching back to Nike for my next pair.

but so far they feel pretty good. They are true to size--normally
I've only worn these shoes twice since buying them, but so far they feel pretty good. They are true to size--normally, I wear a size 7.5 but go up a size for workout shoes to ensure sufficient toe room, and size 8 in these shoes was perfect. The first time I put them on, I wasn't totally sure they'd be comfortable, but now that I've worn them a couple of times, I'm confident they will be fine. They are really great for Zumba as they move easily over wooden floors without sticking but also aren't slippery. I will say that these are not super cushiony shoes, so if you need/like shoes with a lot of cushioning, these might not be for you. I'm giving them a couple more wears, after which I may try putting in a cushion insert to see if that feels better. Overall, I would say that for the money, these are really good zumba shoes.

Good choice
I have only worn them a few times but I like the fit and comfort level. Are they cushioned for impact more than my other shoes, I'm not sure yet. They don't look overly cushioned but they were very comfortable AFTER I swapped out the totally flat sock liner that comes in the shoe (which thankfully is removable) and added the SOLE brand inserts I use for my higher arch. Once in place they were perfect and I had no heel slippage despite the inserts. Without that option I would have had to return them.I have worn Asic gel Zumba/dance shoes for Zumba and while they are also comfortable (very soft, no break in needed) they did not have a removable insole. If you need to use special insoles or arch supports these shoes should work out well.

Its perfect totally Worth the money
Unfortunately I ordered a half size up I'm usually 7 but since it say I should order extra half size then I did , but it still fits me it's a little bigger on the toes but I don't mind bec I want more room and I figure if I order 7 then it will hurt my bunion so I ordered 7.5 the good thing is that it still fit. The best thing why I gave 5 stars , is bec it's a shoe made for dancing. My old shoes I used is hard to turn bec it sticks on the flood but with the Zumba shoes I can glide , turn lift my fit without a problem . And it's not slippery compared to the other reviews . I only use this when I'm dancing coz I don't want it to get wet, I was thinking it will start sticking to the floor if I do. I'm glad I bought this , it's perfect for dancing its totally worth the money. You'll see

Great shoes. Could possibly have had half size smaller as they are a slightly large fit.

Perfect for Zumba
Much better for your feet than slip soles shoes. I use them for Zuma exclusively. the sole would be too thin for a running shoe. Nice fit. true to size. I've ditched my split sole shoes. These are better for jumping up and down Zumba.
