Does it turn green if you use in water or does the oxygen color come out?

I am guessing your are asking if there is any oxidation with the metal. The answer is no. I have not seen the metal or crystals, for that matter, change color or have any defects when exposed to water, sweat, or soap. I have worn them for a week straight with no reaction.

It’s claimed that these are real crystals yet in the description it states synthetic. Which is it?

Some of them are real crystals like the goldstone, quartz, amethyst, red jasper, and others. The ones that look like melted crayons are a mix of acrylic and/or dyed howlite, which is a real stone but dyed to look like another.

Could these be used as zipper pulls? Or would they be too fragile?

Well they are pretty sturdy but the silver piece does come off the crystal though
