I've taken this powder many times now and am updating my review. The powder definitely gives me energy, the kind where I feel pumped and could easily feel like lifting weights. I've tried adding it to just about any food, but noticed a flavor. I thought it was unflavored, so I thought that the strange flavor must have been from something else. However, today I straight put my tongue in the container and it had the same flavor.. It's kind of a yellow, acidic flavor, but not like a lemon. So, try the powder straight before adding it to something so that you can decide whether it will enhance it or whether you should just add it to a drink instead. Well, the flavor might be similar to when you add some drops of lemon to a cup of water. It really overpowers a dish though, and tastes better as a drink. As for energy and strength, I give it 5 stars. It makes me feel strong. I tore a muscle a few months back and am still weaker than before, and this powder has helped me lift weights to try to get that muscle to start going back to normal. Just don't add it to food!

I’m sure this product works well but my goodness the taste is awful no matter what you mix it in. I’ve tried in protein shakes juices no matter what it’s hard to get down.
