Purdy brushes. Not a lot to say. Always first class and they feel good in the hand. Hold a good amount of paint and give a great, professional finish.

These are quality paint brushes which cost a pretty penny, that alone should make you look after them because even the best brushes won't perform well or last very long if you don't. If you're spending this sort of money then you probably know what you're doing and so can take advantage of the better performance they offer. If you have no idea why these brushes cost so much then don't bother, just buy cheap throw-away brushes and put up with bristles that stick out sideways, fall out when painting, and generally provide a poor finish.

I’ve always tried to buy high quality brushes from a big DIY shed and look after them well. But thought I would try these even though they cost more. And they are brilliant! Used them on old panel doors in my cottage with beaded panel edges and not very smooth. The oil based Dulux non drip gloss just flowed onto the doors! It was so much smoother and easier than any other brush I’ve ever used! I didn’t get any runs from excess paint accumulation in tight corners as always used to happen! The bristles come to a neat accurate, narrow edge making it easy to do narrow sections and down to the bottom of the door. First of all I thought they looked unusual with longer bristles than I was used to but they work superbly!

I really like these brushes, and I can tell the difference from using a cheap brush. I think they're very well made. The only negative is when using them for gloss paint they can go a bit hard with the white spirit, but after washing the brushes with a touch of washing up liquid, they're now fine.

Really good brushes they are not cutting in brushes. But they cut in wonderful and great at painting just need to get the larger brush now

Fantastic set of paint brushes thoroughly worth the extra money as I got a superior finish compared to other well known brands that the bristles come out these don’t so a good investment.
