We measured my husbands arms and went by the measurements. My husband used them for one set and they were too tight and poped blood vessels in his arms. He said it hurt him. Contacted the company and they said they would give us a discount on another pair. Glad they at least did that for us but my advice is order the size up from your arm size.

Received my order today. The wraps are great but one sleeve is definitely much smaller then the other. Pretty disappointed as I need the elbow protection and dont want to have to wait.

Item was smaller than described. Even with how they explain how to measure for it.👎

So far so good. Used this three times already and the elbow pain is not noticeable. When you get a pumo, these will get tighter so beware.

Unfortunately ordered mine too small. So can’t wear them. Otherwise, the quality is great.

Awesome! Wish I woulda invested in these, instead of " others". Sizing: ordered what my elbows measured. Fit great, no pain today. I'll be ordering a pair for my 55 yr old knees next!
