As you can see the bottle says D Mannose, but the description is something I have NEVER purchased. My REVIEW is for D Mannose which is an AMAZING PRODUCT FOR BLADDER INFECTIONS!!! You will no longer need to ask your Dr for a prescription. At the first sign of an infection, start taking 3 of these every 4 hours until symptoms leave. I was told I had "Interstitial Cystitis" and I was absolutely miserable! My husband purchased this product for me one day in error at the Health Food Store and it was a life saver! I took 3 capsules every 4 hours for several months and my symptoms left. I now only take it if I feel it coming on, but that is hardly ever. I will take preventative measures after intercourse, which is also a common time for women to have a flare up after. This will prevent it from ever starting if you take it right away! It is SAFE, you can't take too much, you can give to your children, it is a truly a miracle product. It is a type of sugar that attracts E.coli (which causes the nasty infection) and it attaches itself to the sugar and passes through the urine. That simple! Say bye bye to those infections that totally take away from your ability to enjoy your life. Don't take my word for it, TRY IT FOR YOURSELF! You won't regret it!
