nice aquarium, easy to maintain and clean. YOU DO NEED to buy a heater if you have exotic fishes. Also the process of changing the water is a bit challenging: it's a 15L aquarium, when we change the water we remove ~10L which we replace with fresh conditionned water enriched with bacteria culture. To avoid chlorine in water (which would kill plants and snails) we buy 5L mineral water bottles from super market and add to them water conditionner to get the pH rigth and bacterias 48h in advance. so far so good and the fishes are thriving (12 neon tetras, 2 panda garra and 7 penguin tetras, some neurite snails, pond snails and an assassin snail). Truth to say we could easily have twice that amount of fishes in that aquarium.

Great, definitely the real deal and feels sturdy. I've had it up and running for 2 months now and am very happy.I have a heater in mine that is almost invisible from all angles thanks to the curve so that's nice! Also, it comes with plenty of ceramic media so you don't need to buy more.

excellent tank and looks great , however the light does not go on unless you turn it off and on about 20 times , have asked for a replacement and awaiting a reply .......

Opened the box and a used fish tank was in there, bought this for my partner as a present and she was not pleased with what was inside. Horrible experience
