My conclusion (the important stuff in a nutshell):If you want more coconut oil in your diet, I suggest you buy coconut oil and put it in your food. My girlfriend's mom eats a spoonful from the coconut oil container and washes it down with water. Find a way to eat coconut oil sold in the grocery store. It is made to be a high enough quality that you could enjoy the taste of it if you liked the flavor of coconut. I don't know about the quality of the coconut oil in this supplement. Normal coconut oil doesn't give me headaches.My review:I am a 25 year old graduate student. I have no allergies to any of the ingredients listed on this product. I do not take any other supplements which could be interfering. I am generally healthy and I thought taking this may help reduce cognitive fatigue throughout the day and stabilize my hunger and help me stop buying the delicious chocolate muffins that the cafe in my building sells.But these give me headaches. There should be no reason for it, but it is very repeatable. I have taken this supplement 5 times and each time I got a headache lasting ~12 hours. I was not in any extreme pain but it was annoying and made it difficult to focus.I have no reaction to coconut oil. I use it when cooking regularly. I was hoping to get a bit more in my diet by using this supplement, but I have had plenty in my diet before with no issues. In high school I ate eggs cooked in coconut oil every morning. I never had a problem, and I was extremely lucky with regards to headaches, I didn't know what a headache felt like until college. These days I occasionally get headaches, but I almost never get a headache that I don't know the cause of. It is either a hangover or caffeine withdrawal.After getting headaches from this supplement I decided to rule out any possible reaction to having more coconut oil in my diet. I bought organic unrefined coconut oil at the grocery store and adding it to my morning smoothie. It made the smoothie taste a bit different (I'm not a huge fan of coconut), but after two consecutive days having a smoothie with coconut oil in it (more than this supplement contains, too), I have not had any headaches.Please take my experience with a grain of salt. It may indicate that this supplement contains an impurity that is causing my headaches, but that may not be the case. I haven't yet experienced my body's reaction to another coconut oil supplement, only to coconut oil in my smoothie. It could be that my body is weird and I get a headache with any form of encapsulated coconut oil, but not with coconut oil that is mixed with other things. who knows. Also I have no intention of trying another coconut oil supplement. I'll just use the store bought stuff in my smoothie. I trust coconut oil sold to be eaten and tasted more than coconut oil sold to be swallowed, bypassing your taste. I have noticed inconsistencies with things like cayenne pepper supplements. The ingredient in that supplement is very different from what you'll find on the spice racks in your local grocery store.

I've suffered from digestive issues for a long time, I recently started taking these and although the capsules are quite large, they are really smooth and easy to swallow. I've noticed that so far these have had a noticeable impact and helped improve my stomach issues. They've improved my quality of life and I definitely recommend them!

Haven't been taking this product very long but it seems to be ok. Im hoping this will help my hair growth. I may review again after using for longer. I will say these pills aré huge.

Easy to swallow and it doesn't bother me if I don't take them with food. I'll update when I've taken them for a few months but this is my new go to brand.

Using product to help in lactating or possibly make milk fatter. Not sure if that’s they case but though very large pills easy to swallow.

I use this product for my skin. It was a great buy. Good price. Love the product.

I have only been taking these a few days. No uncomfortable side effects like heart burn. They are quite large, so may be difficult for some people to swallow. I'm hoping for great hair and nail results.

Organic is important to me. Looks like coconut oil I've purchased before. Same amount of ingredients, but this was a better price.
