A company that stands for something!!!!They said that they wanted to make sure you were happy. Well, I had really high hopes for this bag, I did a lot of research to find a bag that had decent quality zippers, one that didn't cost over $100 and one that looked good. Well, I found it, then when it should up, I noticed a couple of places the stitching wasn't done very well. I emailed the company that always wants a review before you even get to use the darn thing and told them I had a few problems with mine..... and low and behold..... they said they would gladly refund my money. I didn't want my money back, I wanted a working BOB bag in new condition.This is where I am glad I purchased my bag from Crazy Ants, not only did they say they would take care of it. THEY DID!!!! They sent me a new bag, they didn't waste any time. They contacted me within 24 hours and when they found out there was a problem, they didn't hesitate. I had a new bag within a couple of days.Now that's how a company earns your trust. It's like Costco, I'll pay a little bit more if I have too, knowing if I have ANY problems, they will take it back in a heartbeat.Thank you Peter, and your whole teamI didn't put a picture because the bag looks exactly like it does in the display. Just notice that their zippers are stronger than most all the other bags out there. Read the other backpack reviews and most of them say the zipper broke. The only bad things that I can say is that the molle straps are not all spaced correctly. The sides are spaced with one-inch straps with a one-inch gap which is right, but the back outside is spaced for hanging things not molle. They are one-inch straps with 1/4" gaps.The other thing is that they have straps everywhere, they have them for molle's on the sides, straps on the back and even on the bottom. They also have compression straps on the sides and on the top. They have a handle on top as well as the shoulder straps which have a D ring (plastic) on each and a nylon straps all the way down for strength and for cinching it tight. Chest strap and a waist strap. With all that, I don't see how this thing could rip, tear or even open without my consent. But like I said, It has a lot of straps. Maybe a little too many.Overall, I love this Backpack, it is high-end without the high price tag, lots of pockets and of course lots of places to hang more things if needed. I will be purchasing more (smaller) Crazy Ants Get-Home Bags with the single shoulder straps to throw into my work and personal trucks. First, I have been using this backpack for about 3 weeks now and it is has really surprised me, considering it’s price point.I have used this on two different camping trips. I mainly use the backpack without the additional side pockets, but those are great and handy additions that makes it even more versatile. On one trip, I did pack additional outer layers in those side pickets and they are easy fo secure to the backpack.The way I have the backpack setup now is like a truck/get home backpack. I have various forms of survival tools/gear, a large fist aid pack, food, a lifestraw water filtration bottle, pens, markers, rain gear, small weapons, fire starting gear and several other miscellaneous items.I keep this backpack on me and in my truck for those just in case situations. The build quality and zipper construction is very durable, considering it’s lower price point. I was in the military for a while and am fairly picky on what packs/backpacks I use and I have been recommending this to my friends and family.Buy with confidence and save yourself some money compared to those higher end backpacks that don’t offer many additional benefits over this one.Great product and very happy so far.

This bag was MUCH smaller than it looks. BUT it did fit 35 of the 40lbs of my gear in the main compartments. The rest would need to be strapped to the outside and carried in side pockets. Although this fit well and held everything well, it DOES NOT carry the weight well on my body, still putting way too much strain on my shoulders. I had to go to REI and get fitted for the right backpacking pack, where I don't even really feel the 40lbs. This bag is good for a lot of things. It is very sturdy. It does have load balancers at the top -- but it didn't lift the weight off my enough to be comfortable for long term hiking. This bag is great for a lot of other things, otherwise I would have given it more stars. (Everybody's body is different in how weight carries and I recognize this is perfect for some people). I do really like the detachable side compartments as I'm now using those as organizers in my other pack. :)

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.    This backpack is by far the best and the roomiest one I've ever owned that can be taken with me anywhere such as vacation, road trip, camping, hiking, biking, etc. The zippers are heavy and the seams are strong. The material is thick and you can be rough with it not to mention it's waterproof. I really like the U.S. flag that can be attached to the bag. you can attach other things to it to as it has Velcro. The two side bags are also super awesome as it can expand the storage of this bag. Once attached they are very sturdy and stay in tact. The shoulder pads makes this back pack very comfortable given the fact that it can be pretty heavy. Around the bag there are many straps that you can attach things to it. You can also put water bladder in the bag as well if you are going somewhere that you want to have water with you. The many different compartments include pockets, mesh pouch, etc.
