Hisense 65" Class H9E Plus (64.5" diag.) 4K UHD Android TV with HDR, Google Assistant (65H9E Plus)

The product is Excellent. The picture quality and the color are amazing. It is surprisingly high quality with extremely low cost compared to the similar sized TVs. The design of remote is simple, comfortable and very easy to use. It has Dolby visual effect when I am watching TV with netflix. Like Hisense stated in their Ads, the TV uses the Native 120Hz panel which makes the motion picture looks very smooth and vivid. It is an excellent product.It is also coupled with all popular apps, like sling TV, google play; Android TV with Voice Control is awesome too, which makes me feel like my entire home is a smart home now.The FedEx delivered it to my front door without my signature one day earlier than the scheduled date, so the package was staying in the rain (hurricane Michael) for more than 6 hours, the TV package was completely wet and broken, but the TV itself which is inside of the package was protected very well so that the TV didn't get wet and the TV works very well. I don't know other TV brands can do the same package protection as Hisense does, but I 100% ensure you can leave your Hisense TV with their package in the rain for at least 6 hours without any issue. Trust me, I love my Hisense TV!

Really would give all 5 stars because for what i paid tv is outstanding hear me out only thing is the wifi disconnects often so you have to hard wire it eventually. Two thumbs up

Came in to Visions for a different TV all together, and by looking first and then getting some great help from Raj left with this amazing TV. the picture is so clear! The colours are punchy black is black! And I came from a plasma. There was one issue that I had, lip sync was awful, thank God for Google I found out all I had to do is set the TV to PCM and the connected device (in this case Amazon Fire stick) to the same, Amazon calls it stereo and voila, no more lip sync issues. I have never heard better speakers from a TV in my life! They are so loud and clear that at 10% they are almost too loud. For the price this is an unbelievable TV, but at any price this is a great TV

Great tv for the price. Good picture quality, hdr and dolbi vision doesn’t really add much due to the brightness levels are on the dim side but is a 65 inch for under $1000. Best value competing to other models. Great for gaming. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 is because of the local dimming, is not good at all. But then again I rather deal with bad local dimming then banding issues like in the TCL models.

Recibí el producto y desde un inicio no sintonizo los canales locales, me comuniqué con el fabricante para asesoría y quedaron de mandar un técnico en 72 hrs, pasaron los días y ahora me dicen que no han venido porque van a pedir una tarjeta de la fábrica (en China) para resolver el problema y que hable en un par de días a ver si ya saben cuando la envían y en consecuencia para estimar cuando llegaría (días, semanas o meses).Esto mismo ya se lo reporte a Servicio al Cliente de Amazon y me pidieron esperar a lo que comenta el fabricanteAparte del tiempo que esto va a tomar me preocupa que vayan a cambiar tarjetas electrónicas a una televisión nueva, yo lo mínimo que esperaba es que ofrecieran cambiar el producto y cubrir los gastos de envío y devolución

Definitivamente es una gran compra.
