Perfect for lifting
Love these for lifting - run a little big but like the extra room for my foot to flatten and stabilize.

Good training shoes
I think these are probably great training shoes for lifting and CrossFit. My issue was that the heel felt loose on my foot. Other than that, the arch support was good, grip was good for jumping, and I liked the look.

Adidas dropset isn't a disappointment. I love the flexibility and comfort on this shoes. I have the dropset 3 first and really improve with this 4. for do weighs, recommended.

Great quality
Love love love these lifting shoes! I typically wear metcons, but I’m not a fan of the new aesthetic of them. I loved this bright color, it’s so energizing and I difference in the cross training sole feels amazing. I had to actually size down half a size with these, but now they fit great. I’m happy.

Run a little big
Wore Nike Metcons for like 5 years and finally decided to buy these after a lot of research. Took off a star because they run a little big. I’ve had my feet measured at a running store and I’m a true 5.5 (6 in running shoes) so I bought a 5.5 and really could’ve done a 5. Didn’t realize they were probably too big until I was actually lifting in them, but I don’t lift super heavy anymore so they should still work just fine. Otherwise great shoes- love the style, nice flat solid soles, and seem pretty durable and will hopefully last me a few years.
