The narrator is male and has a very pleasant, clear voice. I got this for my 89 year old mom....she loves it! Plus it's easy for her to use. Charges with mini USB. It was used, under $12, excellent condition and arrived in 2 days. Thank you.

I bought this for my uncle who is super religious but he can't read very well. He absolutely loves it. It has all the chapters and its easy to use. He can just skip through the chapters he wants. It doesn't sound that bad. It gets loud and sometimes it will cut out but for a split second so its not a big thing to worry about.

Perfect for so many things, listening while working, meditation, by the river in a park or group setting. I have it in English and Spanish. I purchased 2, English and Spanish for my 90+ father and Step mom. They where born in Cuba. He can no longer get to church.I shared with my Blind and Visiually impaired too.

Buena calidad, buen empaque, la lectura es excepcional, se escucha muy claro y pausado. Tambien incluye una seccion de cantos, facil de operar ( mi tia lo hace por mi abuelita ya que no tiene su vista al 100%).. simplemente la mejor compra de mi vida...(Compre esta bibilia como regalo para mi abuelita de 93 años que ya tiene dificultad para leer/oir. ) El ver la alegria de mi abuelita al ver su regalo no tiene precio. Lo escucha a diario y lo lleva con ella cuando va de visita con sus demas hijos. Definitivamente lo recomiendo

My mother-in-law is getting up there in age and can't move around like she used to. As a result, she cannot go to church and I bought her this for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. It is in Spanish so she can understand it and she doesn't feel so bad about missing church.

I was so excited to receive This product... when I finally got it I was NEVER able to make it work even though I’m pretty good at following instructions and all of that. A Message that said “Idle” was the only thing I could see in the machine. I tried everything but it didn’t work and I haven’t been able to contact the seller to ask for a replacement, because I really want This product... I was actually excited to get This for my father and friends as a gift and now I’m stuck with This completely new but unservable device and with a big deception. I hope to receive an answer as This is the first time Ever that something like This happens in all the years I’ve used Amazon. (Amazon Prime) I expect to change This review as soon as I can have my “working device” in my hands. For now, I can’t recommend you buy this.

I bought two of the same one was a good product, the other one did not work at all, media card was blank.

Purchased for my grandmother whoDoes not speak English nor does she know anything about technology and she got the hang of this in one day. Super easy to use, adjustable volume and can extremely loud if needed. Battery or charger for use which is amazing. She’s loves it
