Do Not Buy
It never worked. Was a complete waste of time and money. We threw it away in disgust as it really was not a remote but a dummy remote. Do not buy from these people.....

Good product
Arrived quickly, well packaged, good price and identical replacement remote control. Add your own batteries and works perfectly, recommend this product.

Why they won’t send me a return label
Couldn’t get it to work . Wouldn’t switch telly on I put new batteries in .put it straight back in the bag it came in to send back , and applied for a return form to send it back . But all I get is a email saying would I take a photo of this item and they will find out why it’s not working . All I want is a return code and a full refund .

A total loss, this control does not work! I do not understand how they can allow this type of unreliable sales! Where can I return control to get my money back!
