Product Description Pantothenic acid (vitamin B-5) is a member of the B-complex family of vitamins and is found in nearly every living cell as a component of Coenzyme a (CoA). CoA is essential for the generation of energy from fat, carbohydrate, and protein. It also plays a critical role in many biosynthetic reactions as well, being necessary for the production of fats, cholesterol, neurotransmitters, red blood cells, and adrenal secretions. As such, pantothenic acid is vital for countless cell functions and the maintenance of healthy cellular metabolism. Ingredients Hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).

Helps acne prone skin
Ibhave used this previously for my acne prone skin. Have gone back to using it due to my acne flaring up quite badly. I find taking 2 to 4 oills a day helps my skin to calm down and repair itself

Fixed My Acne After 5+ Years Of Nothing Working
I got hit by Acne at age 18, ever since I've been trying to find the fix.I've tried Antibiotics, Skin Creams, Diet Changes, Supplements.After 5+ years I had almost given up, and decided to try this. Thank god I did.I started off with 1 per meal, and because I didn't have any bad reactions. Upped it to 4 per meal and did that consistently for 4 months.When I say my Acne completely stopped to the point where I rarely would get 1 spot, It did.There are side effects such as some hair loss, there was advice to take Biotin to combat the hair loss as well but I didn't and I wish I did now.This Product wont remove your scars or make your skin 100% perfect, what it will do given time is stop acne progressing and in my case stopping it completely.If nothing is working for you try this product, I wish I found it 5 years ago!

Work miracles IF your Patient and consistent
What I did:-i took 3 tablets in the morning and 3 at night for a month and reduced to 2 in the morning and 2 at night for month 2. I am now on month 3 and will stick to 2 morning and night.- I took along side Primrose oil and drank 2 ltrs of water daily.- my Acne that I struggled with for years is GONE.Details: I cant say enough how amazing this product is not just for acne but also hair health. I had really bad cystic acne and can honestly say I rarely get a spot nowadays. However you must clean up your diet if you want real results there is no point keeping the same diet and acne triggering lifestyles and expecting this to work. Also it takes a while I only saw drastic results after 3-4 weeks prior to that I hardly saw a change and even broke out in week 2.I have ZERO cystic acne now.NONE! And only get 3-4 spots when hormonal which disapear in few days.I hope this helps someone as much as it has helped me.
