Sprig - Bhut Jolokia Sauce (hot sauce) - 120 gm

I'm a big fan of smoked hot pepper flavors, and this sauce delivers a truly amazing product made with bhut jolokia. I have bought a number of "habanero hot sauces" and "ghost pepper sauces" and even "carolina reaper sauces" that simply didn't reflect the heat of the actual peppers. This is NOT one of those poser sauces. It is a real uncut sauce of bhut jolokia power and with beautiful flavors. And it isn't just blind heat, the delicious flavors come through every time. I mostly use it on Asian and Latin American foods of a wide variety, from curries, simple rice dishes, sauteed vegetable, burritos, grilled seafood, and on and on.Note that with the magnitude of heat and power in this power, a little bit goes a long ways. 20 bucks seems a lot to pay for 120g, but with the small amounts required for each application, it will last you a very long time.My only negative review aspect is the bottle...it is artistic and pretty to look at, but difficult to carry around or store, and the thin stem makes pouring difficult. Also, the stopper is messy and sauce spills over the edges and gets cruddy around the exterior, requiring me to wash it off under the sink after each use. But I'll still buy it again and again.
