I just had a baby and tried to lose the baby weight, but it was very difficult for me I tried a low carb and I'm ashamed but I even tired not eating because that used to work guess not any more! LOL, and my birth control was also keeping me from sliming down. So after my mother told me about this and said her Dr told her to take this to prep her for a surgery, I ordered it. I was a little worried after reading some reviews that said it didn't work, but no diet will work if you don't help it work, don't think you can take this as your eating a burger, you have to eat good and exercise or walk and you'll see and feel a difference. The first day I took it I woke up the next day feeling less bloated and by the end of the week I could see my belly went down to!! The second week a dress that fit tight around my under arms felt less tight and more comfortable and my clothes felt easier to get into or zip up, Now the flavor, It almost tastes like orange or a very bland orange julius. the texture once you mix it is thick like a smoothie and feels a lil like sand ( thats my only complaint) but I get over it cuz I remind my self it will help me fit into my skinny jeans my husband loves so much LOL. This will work if you try it but just remember you need to at least walk for it to really help you, you won't be disappointed with it, I love this stuff!!

***Update 9/2/13 - I see that the price has gone way up. I won't be able to continue buying it, and have decreased from 2/day to 1/day to make what I still have last a while longer. My weight is slowly going back up. Cholesterol probably is, too, unfortunately.**I'm over 60, and it's supposed to be very difficult to lose weight when you're older, and I've found that's true. This product is no magic bullet for weight loss when you're older, but it does work. I've lost 5 lbs in 1-1/2 months, and I've cut the quantity I'm eating to about half what I used to eat. I had already cut the quantity in each meal several weeks before getting it, with no weight loss at all, so 5 lbs is doing pretty well, since it's pretty hard at my age.But it did lower my cholesterol from 341 to 290 in 3 weeks! I can't tolerate statins and refuse to take them, so having it go down this much this fast made my doctor and me both very happy. I'd tried to lower it by cutting meat products and starches from my diet totally, and it made no difference, even after about 8 months. I expect it to keep going down over time.My doctor recommends this product and I'm glad I found out about it in her office. But I'm buying it from amazon because it costs more than twice as much in her office or from their website, she's charging what the website charges.

This product is a Godsend! Forgive me if I sound like the standard commerical for weight loss products. I tried a few others, and did lose a FEW pounds , they ultimately seemed to be a waste of money. And they stress lowering your caloric and exercise, which is how you lose weight over time anyway. With Bios Life Slim, in the first week I lost 10 pounds, still eating pizza and drinking beer. The pounds seemed to melt away. In fact, I cut down my intake of Bios Life because I didn't want to lose too much weight. I went from a 34 waist to a 32, I use to wear a large or medium shirt, now it's a small. This all happened within a matter of weeks.I can't say enough about this product. The only draw back, spending money on a new wardrobe. There I go sounding like a commercial again. Try it, it works.

My cardio doctor recommended it to me. According to my doctor I have to lose weight because of my health problems. I am a 50 year old women weighing 156 pounds with some health problems. I have a pacemaker and high sugar level this has been my first month and I am losing weight gradually. I don't like to be weighing myself I leave that to my doctor when I visit his office. Bios Life Slim - 60 Packets I have used Bios Life Slim since Sept 2011 and have lost 34 lbs! It works!! I highly recommend this product, of course you have to do you part it's not a miracle drink. It does help by reducing the amt you eat due to fiber fills you so you don't eat as much. I truly believe in this product!

This product sells for more through a dealer or even buying it directly from the company.The cost factor had me buy the product on Amazon. Better to keep the extra money in my pocket.I am in the middle of being on this for three months now. My doctor has my pre blood work wheremy Cholesterol level is slightly elevated and good one is low. This product after three months issupposed to lower cholesterol and increase the good one. This is a natural way of keeping problems in check;rather than being put on medicines. The taste is good; reminds me of an orange julius!
