Compared PM2.5/PM10 readings to another comparable device I own, and this unit appears to read accurately. Readings seem to update within a matter of seconds. There are a few different variants of this device, while some of the variants can measure TVOC and CO2, the DT-968 in particular only measures PM2.5/PM10 concentrations.Best thing about this unit is display is large and easy to read, great for determining at a glance if you need switch on your air purifier. Unit has an auto shut off to protect battery if not plugged into power, battery life isn't fantastic so this is a useful feature.If you don't need a large easy to read display, you can probably find cheaper options however.

This thing is lower quality than you would expect for the price. It came semi-charged and it powered up once...then never again lol. It’s really a piece of junk I had to return it as it simply didn’t work. For the price, absolutely NOT worth it. Amazon needs some serious quality control!!! I bet this time was returned before and they just took it back and sent out the same broken piece of crap again. Anyone can sell any defective piece of crap on amazon.

It is very simple to use. I bought it for recent bad air quality due to camp fire. It detects air quality difference sensitively. I can see the pm2.5 & 10 difference by using it in door, out door, in room with air purifier, and in the kitchen. I spent more than $5000 this year in Amazon. So far I think this small air quality monitor is the best of my purchases.

Easy to use just plug in and turn on. It would be nice if you could set the screen to stay on what reading you are measuring for instead of the screens scrolling.
